Yesterday (all protein today was cooked weight)

M1 85g oatmeal, blueberries and a banana. 4oz ground chicken in bone broth. Green tea

M2 125g rice, 4oz salmon

M3 175g rice, 6oz chicken breast, 2 steamed carrots, square of 85% Dark chocolate, green tea

M4 pre-workout 30g Brazil nuts, 40 black grapes

Intra- 20g HBCD, eaas, coconut water

M5 full rack of barbeque back ribs, home fries in the air fryer and big mound of coleslaw

M6 smoothie: 2 cups cashew beverage, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 50 g oatmeal, cup and half frozen blueberries and strawberries, 30 g vegan protein. Plus One bowl of air popped popcorn with some salt and pepper watching a movie

Day off

Meal 1: 2 cups of coffee with cream, 2 glasses of water with ACV, 2 eggs, 1 avocado, 1/2 cup oats, 30 grams vegs sport protein, 1 tablespoon of raw walnuts, and 1/4 cup blueberries.

Meal 2: 4 eggs, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon of almond butter

Meal 3: 300 grams talapia, 1 cup raw broccoli dipped in 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinaigrette, 1 tablespoon of EVOO, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.

Meal 4: 10 oz baked halibut, steamed brussel sprouts

Meal 5: 100 grams turkey, 1 ounce of cheddar cheese, small amount of mustard

Meal 6: 2 tablespoons of real PB, 30 grams vega sport protein in water

2,610 calories / 88 grams carbs / 135 grams fat / 274 grams protein

What did I eat yesterday.
well I had to work.

2 cups of coffee, with double double mate
2/3 cup oats with scoop of protein powder
a bbq polish dried sausage
bowl hickory sticks when I got home, I was starving waiting for the bbq to heat up.
beef kabob, shrimp kabob with a greek salad
Ohenery chocolate bar, big one
4 gatoraides g2
protien powder mixed with my fibre before bed.
Oh yeah, a bag of fruito fruit snacks.

‘’I was a bit hung over from the day before, lol.

I didn’t get a pump really when I trained, but I can understand by what I ate, lol.
 
Started to try and dump the extra fat I've gained this off season:

0700: 1/2 cup raw oatmeal cooked, 3 whole eggs fried in 1/2 tsp butter, black coffee.
Train at 0800
1000: 1/2 cup raw oatmeal cooked, 1 scoop protein powder in water.
1300: 2 scoops protein powder in water.
1600: 2 cups raw spinach, 1 cup cooked rice, 190 grams baked cod
1900: 2 cups raw spinach, 1 cup cooked rice, 170 grams Tofu

Approx values: 1878 Cals/ 150 Carb/ 190 protein/ 50 grams fat

Daily 5-8 liters of water.

Also had 3 eggs and a bowl of Kashi high protein cereal and 1.5 cups of baby spinach, for breakfast.
Plus
1 scoop isoflex whey, with 1 scoop collagen protein post workout.

Breakfast 1 pre workout - 1/4 cup cream of rice, 15 grams vega sport protein, 1 apple

340 cals / 63 grams carbs / 1 gram fat / 17 grams protein

Breakfast 2 post workout - 2 cups of coffee with cream, 2 glasses of water with ACV, 6 whole eggs, 100 grams turkey, 1 slice ham, 1 ounce of cheddar cheese scrambled together.

765 cals / 9 grams carbs / 43 grams fat / 78 grams protein

Got off work at 12 today
8 pieces of Popeyes chicken, with French fries and a Pepsi

Then about an hour later started to have a ton of gas, was mailing 7 boxes at the post office, their computer crashed, so here I am, trying to release that gas in little puffs because I was scared I’d kill the people in the huge line up if I just let it fly, lol.
Took an hour, my god I was actually getting painful sphincter spasms because I had to fart so bad.
Left the post office, was hoping to get some from my wife, but I think the huge loud farts mixed with the smell in the truck turned her off.

Went home ate 1/2 bag of potato chips in hopes of settling things down, drank a Gatorade and had a nap, and I’m still not hungry

Going to do some cardio and then have an omelette and some salad.

I better start eating better, lol.

Meal 2- shake with oats , bananas, Greek yogurt 3 raw eggs
Meal 3: 8 oz steak 1 baked potato (small amount of margarine, s&p) and 2 cups cooked broccoli

Meal 4- 8 oz steak 1 cup broccoli

meal 5- English muffin with peanut butter, glass of full 2% fat milk.

8 bottles of water throughout the day
 
1st breakfast - pre-workout: 2 cup of coffee with cream, 1/4 cup cream of rice, 15 grams vega sport protein, 2 tablespoons of real PB.
435 cals / 44 grams of carbs / 17 grams fat / 24 grams protein

Second breakfast post-workout: 2 glasses of water with ACV, 5 whole eggs, 1 banana, 4 oz left over roast beef, 1 banana.

602 cals / 33 grams carbs / 26 grams fat / 56 grams protein
