SHREDZEPPELIN - First Cycle Log

Day 54:

This is going to sound so obvious, but since adding pre-workout to my routine, my lifts have been way more intense and I feel like this week was really a big breakthrough in the gym. The weights I'm moving are climbing pretty fast and I feel strong as hell. My forearms give first usually now... That's the only thing I've found tough. They get so pumped that I need a little more time between sets. But yeah, adding pre-workout has made a pretty significant difference. I've always avoided it cause I don't want to become "dependent" on having it to have a good lift, but right now I think it's worth it to get the most out of this cycle.

Feeling good overall, but emotions are still a little all over the place. Getting my bloodwork done on Sunday morning. Really curious to see where I'm at, even though it's just a snapshot in time.
 
Good stuff, yep it takes a little patience but keep up the consistency and you can be appropriately excited for the gains to come.
Anychance you can share that training plan me with me as well? I'm on my first week if my cycle now.

I mean I can share it if you like. Message me if you want letting me know your goals, how many days a week you can train and for how long and what kind of equipment you have access to. Start with that, I can see if it will work for you or I can point you in the right direction. There are plenty of great resources out there.
 
Day 56:

Bloods are in. Not too sure how to interpret... from what I’m seeing it looks like my E2 is way too high. I tested at 178 pmol/L which converts to 138 pg/ml and my understanding is 20-30 is the sweet spot. Or should I be sticking to the reference range in the lab?
Any thoughts here? Should I bump up the Adex? Should I be taking these results at face value? Is this even possibly right? Or am I interpreting this wrong?

Also there is a warning about elevated results due to AI. How much of a factor is that?

What’s ur exact cycle again bro? Like what compounds and what dose? I don’t know to much about bloods but no matter what if ur blasting steroids into you ur shits gonna be way off LOL especially if ur doctor dosent know ur on gear
 
But if ur on a moderate cycle eating properly everything will go back to normal when ur off it’s just part of the game of smashing exogenous androgens estrogen has to go up and meet it...........and like I said if ur doctor dosent know ur on gear he can’t give any type of sound advice at all.........unless it fucks with your job or something if your that worried just tell your doctor what your taking and follow his advice but a young guy no health problems not even a huge dose my opinion is you’ll be fine and your overthinking it don’t even bother with ai............but I’m also some random guy on the internet lol so take my advice with a grain of salt
 
I’m just taking 500mg of test/week. Super basic starter cycle. Doctors know surprisingly little about hormone management. Not saying I know more, but I would trust somebody who knows their steroids and how to read bloods more than the average doctor. I’m sure there is someone on this board who is able to break it down.
 
If you feel off take some anti estrogen. If you feel fine, don’t get worried.
Estrgen helps to build muscle.
I just ignore the emotion thing. You get used to it the more you cycle.
Like yesterday I’m watching the kitten bowl and they are showing these poor adoption kittens that are missing limbs and stuff and I teared up, lol.

With little experience reading bloods, looks like everything is in range, with the exception of your e2 being above the noted range. That being said they even stated on your results that taking an ai can interfere with your results. Did you start taking the ai before your test?

I believe you should stick with the consensus of not changing anything unless the emotions become unbearable or you start experiencing other sides. In the end, the ball is in your court.

Yeah I've been taking the AI for about 2 weeks now. The emotions were getting a little crazy which is why I really wanted to get these checked. I might increase the AI by just a very slight amount.

Aromasin, pftttt...
I always crash hard when I use it, or feel like a bag of shit.
It’s funny I use adex and my emotions get under control, boners get better and sometimes I’ll pee a lot, but no other negative sides at all. I could even take 1 mg 3 days in a row.

I could take 6.26 mg of aromasin e3 days and at weeks end feel utterly horrible.
But we are all different.
I need fibre, and you don’t, lol.

Just wanted to post an update on all things.

Strength: Strength is absolutely through the roof. I'm hitting new PRs every single workout and I just feel stronger and stronger.

Physique: My physique is looking great by my standards. I'm filling out t-shirts and I look good without a pump. And now with a pump, I look better than I ever have before. My legs have more size and definition than they ever have before. Shoulders are bigger, rounder. Traps are more prominent than ever before. Chest and biceps are the lagging parts but overall I still think I'm looking good!

Weight: Weight has been steady around 183 (from 167 at start) for about 2 weeks now. I think I'm dropping water weight though, as I've increased my AI dosage a bit. I'm still eating 3500-4000 calories a day (depending on lift or not), and I'm not too concerned with the number on the scale. I feel strong and look great.

Mood: Since upping my AI dose, I've seen more stability in my moods. I feel good overall and have less "extreme" moods.

The cycle will run until April 1st, so about another month and a half (16 weeks total). Not going to lie, I'm not looking forward to coming off, but I do understand it's all part of the process and is necessary.

Start hcg on the 16 th week, 500 iu twice a week and go for it and run your cycle for 21 weeks.
This way your balls will be more prepared for pct, lol.
