End of the month. My birthday is August 25, (my wife’s on the 26 and our anniversary on the 28, lol) so maybe before that so I’m not bloated from drinking, lol.
And my toe still aches, lol. But I can train legs no problem. Did 215 lb squats for 10 today, I’m really happy about that.
I don’t cheat, I go all the way down. I started out light (like 105 lbs) and fixed my form, now I feel like I’m in a groove, no knee pains, no lower back stress, nothing. Only stress is in the meat of my legs now. I do high bar squats. I think I may have been able to do 225 for like 4, but my left forearm cramped so hard as I was holding the bar, and kept cramping, so I stopped squatting and did leg extensions.
I think I’ll make 300 lbs my max goal. I can see it happening in a year.
Other than that I fell off the wagon eating last week, stupid Canada day. I ate 3 bags of the big Costco potato chips in 2 days, plus some ice cream bars, and so on, lol.
And now I’m done drinking till my birthday. Time to get fucking serious.
Cardio starts tomorrow, 20 min after training, I’ll bump it if need be, I’ll just watch my calorie intake as well.
