They are cut. I got tonaiil fungus when my colon went to shit because my immune system sucked for 2 years.
Anyhow I tried a bunch of stuff, prescribed, some not to get rid of it.
You know what really worked. Vic’s vaporub 3 times a day.
Its growing out slowly. I’m hoping in another 9 months I’ll finally have normal tonails.

I cut them way back and it helped tl allow the Vics to soak in.
I used a couple stupidly expensive prescription treatments, got laser at a clinic, none of it worked.
Then one day I saw on Facebook someone said to use Vic’s, thought it was bs, started putting it on with a qtip 3 times a day and I could see it growing out. I know it will sound silly, but I was really excited.
 
Oh an I forgot all about my training progress.
I’ve lost 10 lbs of fat so far. Another 8 lbs to drop, as I still gain some mass.
At present rate I’ll be single digit by the end of August for sure.

I’m not sure if I’ll be any bigger upper body than 3 years ago when I was this lean. I know my legs will though, lol.

But it will still be so far beyond anyone I know outside of this board at my age.

Truthfully I have some people coming over next weekend for a bbq maybe a swim, and I don’t want the husband to feel uncomfortable so I might wear a swim shirt. Guys 13 years younger but doesn’t exercise ever. First time at our house without other people over as well. I don’t want to look like a douche.
It’s the parents of my grandsons friend. It will be nice to talk to someone outside of work.

so today I’m pulling out pails of fat to defrost for tomorrow and the handle snaps and a 40lb pail smashed down on my toe, on an angle so the edge had all the force.
So no calves for a couple weeks.
Did it about 4 hours ago, waiting to see what it will look like tomorrow but it hurts pretty good already, lol.

My gym opens again Friday… So harder training starts then.

I am most happy with my quad development. Best benefit of Covid and training from home has been forcing me to front squat.

No one works Monday. I was just pulling out fat for sausage, defrosting it,
It was a complete fluke that the plastic handle broke once I lifted it up about 3 feet. I have never had one break in 25 years.
I’m telling you, something doesn’t want me to achieve my goals. Lol

End of the month. My birthday is August 25, (my wife’s on the 26 and our anniversary on the 28, lol) so maybe before that so I’m not bloated from drinking, lol.

And my toe still aches, lol. But I can train legs no problem. Did 215 lb squats for 10 today, I’m really happy about that.
I don’t cheat, I go all the way down. I started out light (like 105 lbs) and fixed my form, now I feel like I’m in a groove, no knee pains, no lower back stress, nothing. Only stress is in the meat of my legs now. I do high bar squats. I think I may have been able to do 225 for like 4, but my left forearm cramped so hard as I was holding the bar, and kept cramping, so I stopped squatting and did leg extensions.

I think I’ll make 300 lbs my max goal. I can see it happening in a year.

Other than that I fell off the wagon eating last week, stupid Canada day. I ate 3 bags of the big Costco potato chips in 2 days, plus some ice cream bars, and so on, lol.
And now I’m done drinking till my birthday. Time to get fucking serious.

Cardio starts tomorrow, 20 min after training, I’ll bump it if need be, I’ll just watch my calorie intake as well.
I havnt done cardio yet.

Start weight was 198
I’m now 180.
Going for 173 around 8%
 
Is there a end date, to this competition?
August sometime. For us anyways. Unless he wants to keep going. I’m going to keep going as long as I don’t get any more health issues and see where I can get.
‘I was hoping by the next year in august to be 185 and 8%.

I don’t know if I’ll want to get bigger. I don’t think I want to be 200 lbs. my blood pressure will need to be controlled with drugs then. I’d rather be a bit lighter and healthier.

when tall guys read this, remember I’m short, so you gotta think of the 212 division. That’s around my height.

@Sorbate lets say August 31st?? We are both officially 50 by then...Lets post pics plus i will have before and after measurements. You are going harder than me...i am still just on 120mg test per week but i am happy with my progress. But its about the best me and i decided that my pics had to be the best me than i can sustain year round. you get make the rules for what decides the best you...but you need to state that before August 31.

If we want to keep going we can start a road to 51....

@Funnyman i don't believe you are 50 yet but you are welcome to join in. You might even be taller than Sorbate :)

No rules, I figured we would just put up what we thought were our best pics and go from there. Nothing too formal.
Unless you want us to do like manditory poses, and then a couple classic poses.
Or you can put up a pose and I'll match it, then I put one up and you match it. This way its more fair, then something you look good in that compliments your frame beats me and visa versa.
We could also post up a thread and let the members decide and come up with ideas.
BTW, I'm not wearing posing underware, lol.

The road to 51 would be much more competitive and intense if you guys got the feedback and set goals for the whole year. It would be very exciting to follow.

By the way, you fellas would make dudes in their 20s feel ashamed of themselves. Keep up the good work @Sorbate and @Oldguyjiujitsu.
 
Another idea is that after we post up our pics, we could have a few vets, that understand our goals give us some honest feedback. If they are willing?

Free pass to be brutally honest ? I'm in! I joke of course but I think it's great that you guys have found a tool to keep your interest up, glad to answer any questions asked, anytime. Gitter done, 50 is the new 36 judging by what I know about you two. I think you could make 51 the new 35 by next year.

I don’t know how to pose either, but one time so fucked up on too much tren amd winny (and over a gram of test), I thought in my tren induced mind I was a god, and practiced posing like a maniac. I still have zero idea what I’m doing, but for our competition I bought a tripod for my phone just in case, I was hoping it would make me look better, you know better camera angles and such, but nope, I was still fat, lol.

yeah we will keep going. It would be intresting to see how I’d turn out after a real full year. I’ve never really had one, something always happens.

And honestly my wife doesn’t notice shit, because she doesn’t care, so she’s not helping at all, lol. If anything it makes me a bit parnoid because I think she doesn’t want to say how much I suck, lol.

But yeah, we will leave it till our little posedown, then maybe we will have to do certian poses (the best we can) and let them mention where we could improve?
