you sound like you're in fantastic health. Unfortunately, genetics play the biggest role after weight, smoking etc. My BP was same as yours in my 20's and kept rising as I got older. What you're doing and what has been suggested for most part absolutely help (donating blood works... i never did that...). Work with your Dr but I eventually went on meds in my 30's when it crept up into 140s/90s. The meds work well and shouldn't be excluded if it come to that.Well folks. Just looking for a little insight. I plan to try and keep longevity my largest concern. So I've been taking the steps to help achieve that.
I've been taking my bp measurements for awhile now but just yesterday picked up a glucose monitor as diabetes has appeared in my family from time to time.

I don't get why I can't seem to be able to bring my bp down. It's sat consistently at 130-135 for months and I've been running this full supplementation for about 2 months.
Should I up the fish oil to 10g as I've seen suggested? I know 129 isn't crazy high but I'd like to see it lower. I do have an anxiety disorder that does influence it some.
Yeah that’s quite the pulse buddy did you take this while getting laid or something lolWell I was a bit hung over today and all I had at work was some clen, lol, so I took 20 mcg.
So I figure after that and a cup of coffee, my blood pressure isn’t too bad, but damn the heart rate, lol

No, the clen mixed with coffee had it pumping, lol.Yeah that’s quite the pulse buddy did you take this while getting laid or something lol
Wow crazy how much that changes things !I stopped all BP supplement - waiting for an order from Vitacost.
132/70 HR 49
Also not feeling great which I assume might be messing up my systolic BP number. I never worry about a few higher reading as long as it comes back down below 120 within a few days. I haven't been taking much for BP other than black seed oil and q-10 or ubiquinol. I got complacent on nightly aspirin too since feeling like crap for a few days but agreed if it is a week of no BP supplements it is a big spike.Wow crazy how much that changes things !
Yeah that is strange. Mine is very consistant.112/68 HR 50 - no idea why the 20 point diff in systolic reading one day to the next. Assume because I wasn't feeling well but F if I know.
