Blood pressure

Dang, that's great. Are you taking any supplements? Are you doing lots of LISS? What is your trick?!
We walk a lot but not much cardio. Ubiquinol 200 mg a day, Q10 200 mg a day (got the idea of taking both from goldenrod) cause it works for him and black seed oil 500 mg twice a day. I have fish oil but haven't needed to take it since by numbers are good so far.
