It is not a bad idea to lower calories when off, we are not turbo charged any more and if we stay eating like we are, we will be fat.
I also implement a few supplements now at this point, horny goat weed, MACA, tribulus etc. I keep amino acids high, along with protein and joint support supplements. We will lose water which increases the space in our joints and less cushion etc with lower water floating about, Joint supplements seem to help.
Serra Peptase is a great supplement for inflammation, i use religiously. Any health food store, get the 120,000 doseage one if you do look into it.
Once you start the pct your sex drive may increase a bit. I always find it odd the boners that are always kicking in in the AM while going off...WTF...lol..
Anyways, at 8-12 weeks off, i start looking at my stash again, i get bloods done, a good overall health check and start off slow and low, but one day i will go straight TRT, real TRT and drop the extra shit, but that day is a a ways away still, tis cycle after last break is going great...I love being off, and once things level out, its a great thing, knowing how easy it is to get everything back is mind peace as well...It happens fast if you choose to become turbo boosted once again.
