Did you notice a big difference in your awareness during the day?
I woke up feeling far better rested, better energy, better clarity.
Now, for the first few days i experienced something the sleep clinic called REM rebound. Its where your body has gotten so used to having so little REM sleep, that when it gets a proper amount you feel a bit overtired. Its similar to when you sleep too long one night, and you feel a bit lethargic the next day.
However, this passed after a few days. I feel terrific now.
