On a side note, i woke up this am and was going to give my wife the tip for the day, once i got started i gave her the whole thing.....Muahahaha.

if your not getting stronger your not working out properly and your not getting any bigger. You should be trying to get an extra rep or an extra 5 pounds every single training session. People
go do 225 for 3 sets of 10 every chest day and then wonder why they “plateau” and why their bench isn’t going up

If you aren’t forcing any change, you won’t get any change! Your newbie gains where you just get stronger doing the same thing are done and gone!
 
This tip may really only be useful for head cases like myself.

Break up Ur shots into every single day injections.

Not only is the injection volume per shot obviously lower so ull have less of a knot... The reduction in volume means its easier to stick the oil anywhere. For instance.. Site inject the oil in Ur worked muscle pre-wo. It helps mind muscle connection hugely.. Helps absorbtion and may help stretch the fascia a touch.
And the main reason I do it... Bc if I physically put the gear in me daily I'm more likely to stick to the rest of the program for the remainder of that day. I noticed before that if I had an off day from my injections that it was easier to take an off day from the diet or cardio or training. Daily shots allow me to buy a juice monkey robot who does the exact same thing each day
