Alright so first cycle was a success, very happy with my progress.

Here’s some notable strength increases (ik it’s not impressive to you freaks of nature but I’m happy for myself lmao)
Deadlift: 335x1 -> 405x3
Bench: 225x1 -> 225x7 (with tendinitis 💀)
Squat: PRless -> 295x1
Incline Bench: 135x10 -> 185x7

Started somewhere around 250-255lbs. Heaviest I got was 285, now back down to 270. Major stretch marks in my biceps, lats, triceps and front delts. I’m 21y/o and 6’3, training on and off since I was 14.

Feel like I’m a lower BF% than when I started my cycle, and 15ish lbs heavier. Definitely see a ton of new muscle mass which hopefully doesn’t all deteriorate during the PCT but probably will.

First cycle was
500 Test E 13 weeks
40mg VAR pre workout last 4 weeks
20mg Cardarine last 4 weeks

Next cycle planned for Januaryish (post PCT):
400 Sustanon 16-20 weeks
300 EQ 16-20 weeks
40 TBol Pre workout last 8 weeks

Thanks all for the input and the valuable information I read before jumping into my first cycle! Y’all are some smart MFs and do a great job writing out some complex ideas in basic terms my slow brain can understand!

I really like it, the EQ won't feel like anything but it will increase your endurance and help control e2. Just keep an eye on your blood pressure, it takes forever to clear id stop the EQ a couple weeks earlier than the test especially if you're planning a pct.

Surely it’ll do something right? I imagined 400 test 300 eq would be the equivalent of running 500 test solo just without the estrogen sides, and better lungs during cardio.

Also going to bridge with 250 test after this blast for 8 weeks into another cycle.

I used a lot of EQ in my late 20s for long cycles. I never really felt anything from it but it is anabolic and it does help. I used to like a test, deca, eq stack. better than test and deca, I think it helps keep the estrogen sides down, maybe too well, sometimes I would get low quality erections about 10-14 weeks or so in but pinning some HCG and using Dbol would fix it fast.
 
People talk trash about eq , but I ran a eq test and car cycle years ago and it was hands down the best cycle I ever ran in my life. Absolutely incredible pumps , strength through the roof, striated and vascular , and starving all the time, man I ate like a horse

Currently 3 weeks into my cycle:
750 Sustanon
300 Tren A
300 Primo E
40mg VAR weeks 1-4

I’ve really liked what I did in my last cycle (which I didn’t log) which was bridging a “Front load” and “Back Load” Oral with Proviron. This will be a 12 week run. Plan currently is Var 1-4, Proviron 5-8 and Winny 9-12.

Liver enzymes as of last week are still low normal, even after being on 50mg Accutane for the last 6 months straight (doc scripted.)

So far I won’t lie I feel like I’m losing my mind at times (Tren lol) and other times feel like I’m god on earth (also Tren lol.) Gym performance is very good and joints even feel relatively healthy compared to training on my scripted TRT for the last 8 months without pushing the envelope too much.

I will say, I’m horny as horny can get, but sometimes have issues keeping it up on 20mg cialis. I’ve been trying .125 prami and 12.5 aromasin on tuesdays and thursdays, and up until about sunday, I have 0 issues. Wondering if maybe I should switch to taking them on injection days (injecting MWF.)

Unfortunately here in NB, all tests are put into the system where my endo will see I’m blasting my tits off and drop me as a patient, so getting bloods is a little sketchy to know where my E2 and prolactin are at. Obviously getting my panels done on all other markers (liver, kidney, triglycerides etc.) which all is coming back good, but will leave the AI use up to trial and error.

BP is currently 120/73 and have blood donation booked for boxing day as my red blood cell markers are closing in on the top of the range.
 
Why 20 grams of collagen a day? Versus having 5-10?
late reply lol but not only is it a free 20g protein daily, but also felt my joints feel so much better when I take above 10. Maybe 20 is at the point of diminishing returns, but I can afford it and don’t see any harm in it.
