I've stayed out of most of these threads but that doesn't mean I don't have an opinion. I don't know what is required when you have a pecker/balls to play in sports or be considered a woman, especially physical sports like fighting oriented sports and strength dominated ones, to compete in. The last I checked, if you have a pecker and testicles you are a man. Even if you castrate yourself after puberty, you had all those years to grow thicker bones, stronger muscles, thicker ligaments and tendons and more aggression if you had normal testosterone and among other hormones. I assume you will be taking testosterone as well.
Just to be clear - if you want to date, have sex with or whatever a man who looks like a woman I don't look down on you or judge. I have gay, bisexual, and traditional male/female friends. I could care less what sex, colour, religion, or what you believe. If you treat me with respect, it will be reciprocated - male or female if your piece of shit, I will treat you like a piece of shit.
I don't care if you curl your hair and wear make up and people think you are pretty and you feel like a woman, if you have male genitalia you are a man. Unless all the benefits, which is why we have male/female sports, - hormones, bone density, strength, size, etc. is removed when you change your gender then you should not be allowed to take part in sports that are made for women.
I am somewhat ignorant about this entire topic but my friend's son who is 6'2, over 200 lbs at 17 decided he wants to be a female, changed his name, and dresses like a woman. His right and I don't judge him/her for this - nor do I give a shit or judge him but if he wanted to fight my 17 year old daughter in MMA or any major contact/strength sport I would have an issue. How could you not - how is the sweet mother of fuck is that equal?
Just to be clear again - this is not about men who like men who look like women, gay men and there are lots here and are good members and nice people, gay women, or whatever you do as long as it does not impact me or the ones I care about.
There are always three sides to every story but I don't see it in this topic - men have a benefit over women in so many ways when it comes to sports. I am not sexist and I am not referring to brain power or ability to do physical jobs. My Aunt did construction for 20 years and she could outwork most men and lifts heavy weights. That being said, she couldn't step into any weight class in power lifting and compete. The lightest guys at the opens I have been to are benching 4 plates and weigh 150 lbs - short arms and incredible genetics plus not tested. She can bench a plate and a half maximum and should be proud of this. Anyway I will shut the fuck up.
Just a question - how many female athletes are trying to compete in male contact (fighting/strength oriented) sports? Serious question.
