I mentioned this in another thread, This is an amazing preworkout pump enhancer, as well as endurance enhancer and keeps you super hydrated.
Cialis preworkout thread is where this is coming from.

Work up slowly to see how you react first.
I do 30-40 ml preworkout finishing an hour before gym. with 2.5 litres of water.
Vascularity and pump heaven folks...

1 ml of glycerine weighs 1.25 grams. Many suggest 10-30 grams of Glycerine for pumps and hydration.
I do not piss much after ingestion, i do however sweat a lot in the gym whilst taking it. I take almost daily in this heat wave we are experiencing currently.

Glycerol and glycerine are basically identical.
Links below: PLEASE READ FIRST LINK FOR SAFETY PRECAUTIONS...

COOL INFO ON ANAEROBIC POWER

IF anyone has questions on Glycerol, Glycerine, Glycerin if the same or different.
They are the same...See below...

Obviously i cannot say enough about this little gem.
I need to add more items to an old thread of old school secrets that i had going. Lots of gems in the tool box.
MSM and orals etc.

I use this and buy it from health food stores and pharmacies. Vegetable Glycerine USP, food grade.

Glycerine, glycerol and Glycerin are all the same. Get food grade glycerine to ensure no added ingredients.

@ironwill Please confirm - at the high end you take 40ml which is equal to 50 grams correct?

I ask because I want to make sure I'm understanding what's in the links correctly. I'm aware the purpose of your, and potentially my, use is different than theirs and maybe I'm just messing the math up but it seems the study doses were double that +. I can't recall your bodyweight though.

Two if them said -1g Glycerol + 20ml H2O per KG of Bodyweight and 1.2 g + 26ml per KG. For a 100kG guy that would be 100g and 120g respectively (80ml and 96ml). I just want to get an educated guess at what my effective dose would be, I'm sure their is an individual component to it so seeking a first step in the right direction. Having a low brain function day lol

Edit - is this the one you take? It mentions a sweet taste but I'd like to see the words "food grade" https://www.vitamart.ca/now-vegetable-glycerine#nutrition_facts

Thank You

... and that is why I love your posts. Gotta stop knicking my head.

Use the badger hair brush and a bowl to fluff the shaving cream. A little squirt of glycerin during the fluffing makes the shaving cream/foam really really slippery on your skin so you don't get knicks.

Fluffy shaving cream? Half the time, I don't use shaving cream. I should know better. I will pass on the badger.

I used to have my head in the shower without shaving cream. Now I keep a can of the barbasol brand cream in the shower. It gets me a closer, nick free shave and I find my razors last longer when I use it.

My glycerin tip was more for face shaving. But even a couple squirts on your hand and rub it on your head before shaving will make a difference even without cream.

Hey brother...I apologize as there is mixed info....I am 265 lbs and i use 40 ml Glycerine and 2.5 l of water at my top end, one can definitely take more.. I just have not taken more and i have no reason why i have not yet. It makes me on the edge of poopy pants at this dose, maybe i can go a lot more, ill try on a non deadlift/squat day. lol

I usually just play around a bit and i found 40 mls kept the laxative effect at bay, while giving me enough saturation for a good pump and hydration. Most bbers looking for pump and hydration find these levels to be good in my experiences.

Some studies are using 1 g of glycerine per kg of bodyweight and that seems really high to me, like .5g-1 g per kg would make me up in the 60-120 grams range. and it is 1.25 g per ml. I think it may be ok for some, but i would shart my pants while doing deads....lol, who knows, maybe not either.

If i were you, i would go at 20 - 30 ml and keep working up from there with 1.5-2 litres of water. Taking in too much water will not hamper the effect, too little will not give you the effect you want and it will pull water from elsewhere to go through the system.
Hell i just worked my way up as it was many years ago and i only had brothers to get info from, no internet then.
Today i would have jumped right in at 30-40 mls after reading up on it, as we can now do today.

One thing for certain, be prepared to sweat, the kidneys do not get utilized as much and therefore i pee less. BUT sweat way more and the pumps last a real long time.

That is the exact bottle i use from my local health food store. I had the lady look it up from supplier and it is food grade.
You can also buy stuff that says USP, which is kosher and food, drug and medicinal grade from my understanding.
In this case the lady looked it up on her computer info from supplier.

Sorry for blabbering away, just thinking as i type...lol

not really
cornstarch and water. separates by the next day.
i got this stuff, its different but works well. i mix it with glycerine and it lasts super long

from the packaging I guess this is marketed to gay men. Who knew ?

Looks like it may be marketed towards hunters? I get it, couple a bros huddled up together in the bush or a tree stand, all that fresh air...
