Cruising for a whole year with 0 complaints. HCG is on point as well (trips a pregnancy test) and keeps my motility in the green. Just $$$, but that's the price you pay, I suppose, when the women in your life eventually want children.
I know it's a bit late to chime in - but Aliexpress offers a few 10w 365nm LED's with 85-220v wall adaptors. Bolt one to a large piece of metal, throw on some sunglasses, and enjoy deep blue light therapy as you'd get at any spa. Technically a 2:1 mix of ~420nm and 365nm LED's will do you well, as long as you've got at least 20w of total output. Even puts tren withdrawal cysts at bay. I can't stress the sunglasses enough, don't go blind. It's a very, very possible side-effect of looking at these UVA point sources.
Alternatively, you can use an un-lensed 445nm 1w laser diode (makes a very nice rectangle), and even 532nm (your classic DPSS green - just lensed to broaden the beam) or 1000-1600nm IR diodes. But, these are lasers, mind your eyes, and ALWAYS wear protection. The IR ones especially are hard to drive, and produces invisible light (use your cellphone camera to check if it's lasing). These all destroy P. Acnes, though, 5m a day @ 1w/m^2.
Had an ex take Accutane. Did wonders for her skin quality, but it completely changed her emotionally - don't recommend.
