Dracorex DHB Thread By Eazy57

Just an update, I took 50mcl of Dracorex Clen this morning. Increased thermogenesis. No sides to speak of. No shakes. Feeling fairly good. I'll be upping the dosage to 100mcl which is what I regularly run it as. So far so good.

How are you going to run the clen? Like time on and time off etc... . I’m going to be starting some too shortly.

Good afternoon everyone. An update to the log from the last few days.

I hit the gym last night after work. I took 50mg winny about an hour preworkout.

Leg press: 300x20, 390x 12, 480x10, 570x10
Leverage incline press: 100x20, 150x1w, 170x12, 190x12
Crossovers: 3 sets of 16 reps. (8 flyes, 8 decline flyes)
Lying single arm rear delt raise: 25x22, 30x10, 40x10
Single arm dumbbell shrug: 50x12, 80x8, 90x8
Leverage high low row: 100x15, 150x12, 190x10, 240x10
V-bar triceps pushdowns: 80x20, 130x12, 175x12, 190x12
Matching preacher curl: 50x20, 95x12, 125x8, (Drop set) 140x6, 110x6, 80x6, 50x10
Seated calf raise: 3 sets of 15 reps @ 150 lbs.

Great pump but it went quickly. Maybe the clen? I was very tired all day with my schedule being all messed up.but I had some surprising strength considering.

Next week I'm going to reduce test, add tren to the mix. And do 1cc of eq no ester preworkout. I'm going to cycle clen for about a month. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Moderate doing at 50mcg per day taken first thing in the morning. I was considering running it at 100mcg. But it was to much. I'd consider it if I was running it at a 2 days on 2 days off protocol. But more is not always better.

Back in the gym tomorrow. I'll be pinning TNT and dhb tonight.

See you then.

So let me get in my workout from Monday. The last few days have been crazy. Work has been brutal... slipknot last night. Work hard.. play hard...

My current protocol is running 200mg test EW, 600mg tren EW, and 300 DHB EW. I'll be running this until October with winny base on workout days.

So Monday's workout is another full body routine that I will continue for the remainder of the month. It was time sensitive so I cut all exercises down to 3 sets per.

Hack Squat: 135x12, 225x12, 315x12
Crossovers/Decline Flyes: 45x16 (3 sets) 8 crossovers to 8 declines is one set.
Incline dumbbell press: 40*20, 60*12, 80*10
Lat pullover machine: 150*10, 165*10, 180*10
Reverse machine flyes: 100*12, 130*1, 130*10
Concentration hammer curls: 25*15, 35*12, 40*10
Skullcrushers/triceps press: 50*16, 80*16, 80*16 - 8 skulls to 8 presses is one set.
Calf press: 160*15, 175*15, 190*15
Dumbbell Shrug" 60*12, 80*8, 90*8

I've developed some serious shoulder pain. The reverse pec dec was super painful. Incline presses were painful with light weight, but fine with heavier weight. Not sure why.. Pain in the ass I tell you. I'll be adjusting my lifts to compensate. Sadly.

I'm taking clen 2 days on 2 days off. The 2 week thing isn't working for me this time around. Way to jittery. This shit is good. My thermal core is a coal burning engine. I am sweating my ass off all the time now. I'm already looking fairly lean. This will bring it into focus just a little more. I'll run it for 4 weeks tops. 50mcg has been a perfect dose for me. Yea I get some jitters. But they're not insane and I'm not all racy all the time.

I was hoping to get into the gym this morning but after getting home at around 1;30 am and getting up for work at 5... I was in no condition to have a serious workout. I'm still tired as fuck. A good night sleep and back to the iron tomorrow. I'll drop 200 tren and 100 dhb tonight before bed and pin 50mcg of winny preworkout.

Afternoon everyone.
Cycling clen has been great at 50mcg. The Dhb has been very nice so far. No discomfort. Feeling lean, vascular, and hard. Very happy with this year's cycles. No I didn't blow up huge (from my perspective) but others have certainly noticed.

I'm leaner than last year. My strength is a little down than I would like, but it hasn't been a focus as much as sculpting. Which changes in the fall.

I took 200mg tren and 100mg of dhb last night and pinned 50 of winny base this morning preworkout. Good workout today.

Leg extensions: 85x20, 130x12, 165x12, 180x10
Crossovers/ decline flyes: 45x16
Smith machine incline press: 135x12, 185x10, 205x10, 135x20
Smith machine shoulder press: 95x12, 115x10, 125x10, 135x10
Straight arm pulldowns: 65x15, 100x12, 145x12
Overhead triceps extensions: 85x15, 125x10,140x10
Machine preacher curl: 65x15, 95x12, 125x10, 65x20
Calf press: 150x15, 170x10, 190x15

My shoulder is giving me issues. Pressing is painful with lighter weight. Oddly enough not when I add weight.

Full body workouts for another week then back to splits. I'll likely up the Dhb during that time as well.

Wow almost a week. Had no idea it's been that long. I've had 3 workouts since then but I'll only include today's as my tim is limited.

Currently running 200mg test, 600mg teen, and 300 dhb per week. Feeling great so far. Looking good. Very lean and vascular. Virtually no sides. I've been virtually running Dracorex alone since February and can say after 7 months they're as good as labs such as Pareto or Genetec. Some of their oral need improved binders and some of their experiments have crashed. But I'm told they have been resolved. I just haven't tried them again. I simply reconstitute with no issues. Service has been great.

Stiff legged deadlift: 135x10x2, 185x10x2
Leverage incline chest press: 100x12, 150x8, 190x8, 240x4, 190x4
Crossovers: 50x12x3
Single arm rear delt raise: 20x12, 25x10, 30x10, 40x8
Leverage iso row: 150x12, 190x10, 240x10, 280x10
Reverse grip triceps pushdowns: 80x15x2, 100x12x2
One arm cable curls: 30x15, 40x12, 50x10, 60x8
Dumbbell shrugs: 80x8, 90x8, 100x8
Calf press: 100x20x3

That's all for now. It's been a great year cycling. Back in the gym Saturday.

See you then.

Yesterday was my last full body workout for the summer. Just long enough I do believe (4 weeks) now I'm ready to jump back into a split program. Yesterday I took 200mg of tren, 100mg of dhb and 50 mg of winny. I'll be stopping winny and switching over to another oral for a few weeks. I'll let you know tomorrow what that is. Likely Tbol.

Leg extensions: 70x20, 130x12, 160x10, 190x10
Crossovers: 45x16x3
Leverage incline press: 100x15, 150x10, 190x8, 150x10 +100x8 (drop set)
Wide grip cable row: 75x15, 140x10, 160x10, 180x8
One arm rear delt raise: 25x15, 30x10, 40x10
Dumbbell shrugs: 50x12, 80x8, 100x8
Concentration hammer curl: 30x15, 40x12, 50x10
Standing calf raise: 155x15x3
Reverse grip triceps extensions: 75x15, 85x12, 100x12
Triceps pushdowns: 105x20, 145x15, 185x15
One arm machine preacher curl: 40x15, 60x10, 80x8

Great workout. The pump and vascularity is top shelf. I get a lot of looks in the gym these days. Something is working right!

AAS protocol will remain the same with the exception of the winstrol. I've got some EQ no ester as well I may use instead of tbol. I'm really just thinking out loud. I'll have to check my stash.

It's been a fantastic year cycling. Maybe my best. I certainly haven't run huge dosages, but got very specific in terms of the kind of results I was seeking.

I have been on cycle since February and have had very few sides. One because of low test cycles, and gear selection. I really like "drier" compounds. I look ripped all the time and have added good quality muscle that you can actually see. I'll continue this until October where I'll take time off, then start a strength phase.

Big shout out to Dracorex for the opportunity to test their products. They have all done what you'd expect them to do. And my wife is sure damn happy they do.

Morning ladies and gents. September is here again and a new phase of the year as far as lifting goes. The show I was working on brought in a RMT for some short 10 min sessions. I'm not sure what she did but she fucked up my shoulder/collarbone area. Sore as fuck. I get this painful "clicking when doing presses or rows. Fucking weird. I'm feeling beat up lately. I want to push to finish out these last 8 weeks. So I'm dropping dumbbells and barbell movements for the time being and will be using machine and cables as I work through my injury.

Pinned 2cc of TNT yesterday along with 1cc of dhb. I took 25mg of dmaa, some helios, and tbol preworkout yesterday. Great energy and pump and endurance.

Yesterday's workout resumes my go to split routine which I'll do for the next 8 weeks:

Leverage incline press: 100x20, 150x12, 190x10, 240x8, 100x6
Crossovers/decline flye: 45x16x3
Machine chest press: 100x15, 130x12, 160x12, 205x10
Neutral grip incline flyes: 30x10, 35x10, 40x10
Standing concentration curls: 30x15, 40x12, 50x10
Seated triceps press: 70x12x3
Rope pushdowns: 75x15, 85x12, 105x12
Cable hammer curl: 65x15, 85x12x2
V-bar pushdowns: 105x 15, 165x12, 195x10
One arm machine preacher curls: 50x15, 65x10, 80x8

Great fucking pump. I must've sweated out a gallon of water. Felt great energy and could've gone another hour!

This morning I again took 25mg of dmaa, 1 tab of helios, and 25mg of tbol. Wash it down with an espresso and I was ready to go. Today's workout was back and shoulders:
Leverage low row: 100x15, 150x12, 190x10, 240x8,
Leverage high row: 150x12, 190x10, 240x8
Leverage row: 150x12, 190x10, 240x10
Leverage shoulder press: 100x15, 150x10, 190x8
Cable side laterals: 20x12x3 (painful)
Rear delt side cable raise: 20x12x3
Smith machine shrug: 135x12, 185x10, 205x10
Calf press: 100x15x3
Machine ab crunch: 50x20x3

Very painful workout. Weird clicking in my left collarbone when lifting heavy. Never experienced this before. Laterals were very painful. So I went super light. Managed to get through it, but I'm still sore. Not really sure what it is. Disappointing.

I'm off tomorrow and hitting Thursday with legs.

Push through it bro but dont go to the point of an unrecoverable injury. On a side note hows the tbol treating you? Any water retention or is the tren in the tnt helping to sweat it out?

I plan on going lighter for a few weeks. It's hard dialing things back when you're natural instincts are to push as hard as you can. My laterals were ultra light today. But I look at it like doing a form of physio. Almost like a repair exercise. Being smart about exercise selection is the key I believe. Then just be disciplined in not loading on the weight to make it pointless. I'm really at the end of a very, very long cycle. I'll take November off all drugs. Maybe December too and begin a strength phase. That's really the time to be healed for me.

As for the tbol, I'm really just beginning my run with it. It didn't give me any bloat the last time I used it. Running low dose test with the tren has helped me keep most estrogen related sides at bay. I take 1 cc of TNT a week. The rest of the week I take tren with no test and with dhb. Low test cycles have worked wonders for me since my goal is to look more shredded than look huge. I see a lot of big puffy guys in the gym. But they all comment on my striations and vascularity.

Right on man! Definitely not your first rodeo by the sounds if it. I've been on 1.5cc test prop every 3 days and it has worked wonders. I don't want that puffy look either. I have sone tbol here I was going to throw in. I've been on the fence with tren but I know alot of guys who swear by it. Might have to get some tren ace and see how I react with it. Do you take anything for sides while on cycle?

I only take caber/prami. Otherwise I reduce or stop whatever it giving me grief. Then again I don't take super huge dosages of any one compound.

Another double workout post. My collarbone/shoulder is still giving me fits. It literally feels like it it's popping in and out. My collarbone that is. I've been trying to deduce what I could've done to aggravate it. The only thing I can think of is I've upped my weight in the dumbbell shrugs and machine side laterals. My right shoulder is fine. But my left is sore as hell. I had nagging discomfort from a rotator cuff injury long ago. But nothing like this. Needless to say, I'll be easing up on the weights for the foreseeable future. Don't expect any impressive numbers. It's about recovery and repair at this point. My goal is to be ready for my strength phase in December/ January.

I'm still doing 200mg of tren and 100mg of dhb EOD. Fucking loving this right now. I look great and my metabolism is out of sight. I wouldn't say I look massively huge, but I do look like I have well built quality muscle and a nice hard chiseled look. Really happy this year.

So yesterday Was chest and arms. I was going to do legs but my upper chest is a bit of focus for me at the moment.

Machine press: 100x12x2, 150x10, 200x8
Leverage incline press: 100x12, 150x10x2, 180x8
Low cable crossover: 30x12x2, 40x12
Iron Cross: 40x12x3
Close grip ez bar curl/ preacher curl superset: 50x10/50x10, 60x8/60x8, 60x8/60x8
Overhead rope triceps extension: 60x12, 80x12, 100x10
Standing concentration curls: 40x12, 50x10, 60x10
Smith machine close grip bench press: 135x12, 155x10x2
Reverse triceps pushdowns/reverse cable curl superset: 80x12/60x12, 100x12/80x10, 120x12/100x10

Really tried to keep my elbows in during pressing movements to reduce shoulder pain/recruitment. Shorter range of motion with flyes.

Today was shoulders and back. Some exercises were painful. Not to the point where I couldn't execute them with extra light weights... but close. I really dialed back the weight today. I'll continue doing this until the pain goes away.

Leverage low rows: 100x15, 150x12, 190x12
Leverage high row: 100x15, 150x12, 190x10
Rope straight arm pulldown: 80x10x3
Wide grip lat pulldown: 85x12, 100x12, 130x10
Smith machine overhead press: 95x12x3
Behind the back cable side lateral: 10x12x3
One arm reverse machine flyes: 55x12x3
Lying rear delt raise variation: 25x12x3

The lying rear delt variation is an exercise I saw from John Meadows a few months back. Instead of raising the dumbbells out at shoulder height, you change the trajectory so that you raise the dumbbell with your arms lowers so that when the dummbell is at the top of the movement it's level with your lower lats. it engages more of the lats, delts, and rhomboids.

Super light weight for the side laterals. My mentality it's more like doing physio at the point rather than training. As I mentioned before, I'll be doing this for the foreseeable future.

Preworkout I dropped dmaa, helios, and Tbol. Great energy, focus, and endurance. It's a great stack., Although I wouldn't use that combination long term.

Off camping for the weekend. Back in the gym Monday where I'll definitely be doing some legs.

Cheers.

I know about minor injuries, I hurt myself from jui-jitsu. So my bench went from 225×12 right down to 1 plate for about 6 months.
Long story I was forced to focused on slow tempo, lighter weight, super strict form and keep my diet tight. Just doing these changes allowed me to competing and did well 2nd place out of 13 guys.

I agree. I did get a little carried away over the summer. These old bones just don't recover like they used to. I had a decent workout even with the injury. I don't mind easing things up for awhile. Makes things interesting.
