Blood pressure

I’m averaging on my machine 122/78 now with a heart rate of 68.
Now I didn’t reset it. So it’s pulling down my old average of 128/87 heart rate 80
Ive been hitting 115/75 lately, but I can’t take my black seed oil anymore, so we will see how it is in a week. That stuff really worked. Maybe I should try only taking it once a day. Or splitting dose to 250mg twice? Maybe 500 twice was too much?

Why are you unable to take black seed oil?

Oh gave me horrible gas. You know like when you get bad gas where it builds up till it’s painful, then hisses out and you get relief then 5 minutes later it builds up. Does this for hours.
Smelled like overaged beef, lol.

I am going to try only once a day instead of morning and night. Wish I could have found it in 250mg pills then twice a day. We will see. But damn it really worked to drop bp. Better than anything else I’ve used.

I have noticed a large improvement myself. I use oil, one teaspoon a day. It did bother my tummy at first but I seem to be used to it now.

I’ve tried twice now, more than 3 weeks each. Different brands. After a while you gotta give the others in your house a break from your ass, lol.

Mines always high I don't know how all you guys get it so low, even my heart is high that's after relaxing for a half of an hour. Mind you I'm a little anxious today

I can literally feel my pulse increase as well as my bp.

I was at the hospital yesterday to get some antibiotics and though I did have a coffee immediately beforehand my bp was 157/92 and bpm was 91.

I couldn't believe it, I told the doctor thats far from normal for me but he couldn't care less. They just want to pump you out.

I'll look into the Hawthorne. What are your dosages?
5 mg of cialis eod, works wonders.

@Jerbear - a resting heart rate of 95 would send me to the doctors. How old are you? How heavy are you and what are you taking?
Just thinking of your longevity - you need to get that down brother.
I'm 36, I take adderall and drink coffee. I've has anxiety lately though that may have it up a bit

I'm not bragging in the least, I'm sure part is due to genetics. I'm not a small man and I'm in my 40's and I hate cardio. I will never go jogging or go on a stepper for 30 minutes. The only cardio I do is cardio I like. I like walking my dogs, it is great for stress, bonds with my animals, and we love finding new trails or just enjoying nature. At least a few long hikes a week pending my knee isn't too sore. Hence the 15 minutes walks after meals as well - my dogs wait for me to finish and they run to the door and dance with excitement. They enjoy it as much as I do.

I love to fight and I don't mean on the street anymore but heavy bag work or with XL BOB and with a torn meniscus I am limited so I try to do 6 5 minute sessions at least 3 times a week. With Covid, I still train in a garage with friends but with my F'n knee I am limited with kicks and Judo throws so I make the best of what I can do. Regardless, I enjoy it and I get to hand out with my buddies.
Obviously sex is a great cardio workout and is enjoyable - suspect that goes without saying.

Find something you like doing for cardio and it will come easy.

Each to their own and some guys eat a body building diet and when they post it they don't have one fruit or vegetable included on an ongoing basis. There was a gent that was claimed to have a degree in nutrition and posted a pic and was absolutely ripped. If I recall correct, he used test and var or t-bol most of the time. Yes, he looked great and posted his diet he eats everyday. There wasn't one vegetable or fruit on his diet and he ate the same thing everyday. As I always say each to their own but in my opinion that is playing with fire.

Fiber is important and both are rich sources of antioxidants to protect your body from free radicals. If you can incorporate them in without messing your macro balance - do it. Diet alone can make a huge change in your blood markers and BP, without sacrificing your calories or macro balance if you pick the right veggies.

As I mentioned I am doing f all for cardio other than sex and some training / bag or pad work. My resting heart rate while I'm drinking my morning coffee is around 50, if I take it later it is mid 40's to 50. People should strive to get their resting heart rate down as much as they strive to get their BP down.

Some people will never hit ideal numbers due to genetics or the compounds they take but be responsible and monitor what you can and consider you longevity. It is great to look good for a few months but not at the expense of being hospitalized and damaging your organs.
Just my take - not a doc but have worked to get my RHR and BP into the ideal range.
how is your resting heart rate so low what do you do??

I've recently started using a CPAP, and my BP has dropped considerably (from approx. 145/75 down to approx. 125/65). I had already been on 2 different meds for my BP, and thats as low as it seemed to get until I started using the CPAP.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, given a CPAP, and it has been a Godsend. My BP is down, my blood sugar is down, my sleep is much better, and my energy levels are much higher.

Never hurts to get tested for sleep apnea.
I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea and started a cpap machine. hoping it will reduce my bp didn't know bp and sleep apnea were connected.
