It made a big difference for me, and not just with my BP. Hope it gives you some good results.I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea and started a cpap machine. hoping it will reduce my bp didn't know bp and sleep apnea were connected.

Black seed oil out of all the things I have tried really works. Hibiscus tea works as well, but you need to remember to drink 2 cups of it a day, so much easier to take 2 pills.Post the bad with the good. Stopped all BP supplements over a month ago. In particular Nigella Sativa/Black Seed oil. Numbers varied three times this week between 130/170 to 140/175 with a RHR between 55-65 first thing in the morning.
Ordering Nigella Sativa today - starting Ubiquinol 200 mg a day and Theracurmin today (can't take low dose aspirin at night right now). Hopefully, get the numbers back under 120 systolic.

Yes, I posted a few double blind placebo studies in the health section and it performed as well as some BP medication. It lowers my systolic/diastolic by about 10 points and reduces my RHR (not sure how it does the latter but it does). The longer I take it, the better the effects. I try to find supplements that have multi - uses and black seed oil has anti-inflammatory properties and reduces BP. It is referred to as the wonder herb I believe. There are articles stating it is being used as a covid treatment but to what degree of efficacy I have no idea.so blackseed oil helped with lowering BP?
I have read about the benefits of blackseed oil but have yet to try it myself
My BP had spike couple of weeks ago but has come back in range and the only thing that changed was my TRT dosage.
does coffee increase your bp much?continued improvement - 2 readings while drinking my morning coffee. Nigella Sativa arrived and started yesterday (1000 mg per day) and still taking 4000 mg of fish oil (combined EPA/DHA), 200 mg of Q10 and 200 mg of Ubiquinol.
No, but my RHR is in the high 40's with no coffee and low 50's with coffee (normally).does coffee increase your bp much?
Up top in march, i read you stopped all your supplements cold turkey? Was that correct? Im curious as to why you didn't ween off slowly to allow your system to properly recover.continued improvement - 2 readings while drinking my morning coffee. Morning @Harley00 - I was experiencing stomach issues. Bloating, stomach pain, and frequent urination (not prostate related). Long story short, I am friends with a GP and an internist and knew the potential culprits so I spoke to those docs and was referred to an internal medicine specialist. They did a regular urinalysis, 24 hour urinalysis and a lot of blood work - results indicated everything was normal except I was urinating 4.9 L of water compared to the normal 2 L per day. Part of that is due to the fact I drink more but I was measuring the amount of liquid I drink daily in my log.Up top in march, i read you stopped all your supplements cold turkey? Was that correct? If you had mentioned this and i missed it , then sorry, was just curious.
I was taking telesmartin as a trial period and came off cold turkey as well lol was super bad idea to go from a decent 124/71 to 145/85 lol i should have came off differently, probably adding in my fish oils 1 month prior etc to coming off telesmartin lol.
This time around i think im going to try telesmartin with amlodipine, i have a relatively higher heart rate 75s to 90s and from what i can gather is calcium channel blockers can help lower heart rate, so thats my next step, is to combine those 2.
Thnx for that detailed message, id be curious to know what they find, and if you would rather tell me in pm sometime im definitely interested.Morning @Harley00 - I was experiencing stomach issues. It is being investigated thoroughly and the typical culprits are not the problem. To remove all possibilities of a reaction or a bad batch of supplements I stopped them all and added in one a week and kept a journal. I am slowly getting the ones I consider more essential back in with no issues. I am improving and yesterday my urine output was 2.3 L which is normal for me as I drink a lot of H20.
So - waiting for results of a recent battery of tests when I went through another episode of the same but in the short term I said F it and stopped all supplements. My BP went up approx 20 points but the pain disappeared in my stomach and the bloat went down so I am continuing with this system - 1 new supplement I consider important a week.
Regarding your high HR, I don't do cardio unless its fun. Sex (I don't get it everyday), sparring with friends/hitting the heavy bag but that is just twice a week, and walks with my dogs. Point is my RHR if I take it without coffee is high 40's, and with coffee low 50's. If you look back at my posts on BP it used to be in the 60-75 range. My only change is continuous use of Nigella Sativa. I'm not saying it is for you - but I will be taking this herb as long as I can. I'm not sure if your stepping on the gas with gear but I still don't. If I ever ran a real cycle again of 500 mg for 12-16 weeks, I would be over 250 lbs and I have no interest in being that heavy.
Try black seed oil for a month and see if it helps your RHR. You get much cardio every week?
Sorry for the long story but without any context, it doesn't make much sense. How are you doing these days?
Thanks for the suggestions/offer @Harley00Thnx for that detailed message, id be curious to know what they find, and if you would rather tell me in pm sometime im definitely interested.
The symptoms you suggested, would make me think, leaky gut/ blood surgar/ thyroid/cortisol/kidneys those would be my suggestions, ither way im still interested.
On the regard of drinking lots of water, the issue i found with drinking lots of water is your going to piss out all your electrolytes with heavy water consumption, i would suggest adding in Gatorade, or a electrolyte supplement drink, that should help your body hold water, over pissing takes out all your potassium/sodium/minerals, leaving you with high blood pressure etc.
Yes im pluggin away doing well, thank you for asking.
Even though you have a doctor you like, im more then willing to give you a second opinion for thought on your blood work if your interested in showing it, hear or pm.
