First time going in the higher dosage, i'm curious how my body will react, i want to try it before hitting 40, after that moderation will be my main concern, maintain what i gained and promoting muscular maturity will be my primary goal after 40. But for the moment and the next couple years i just want to add quality mass

Started pinning last thursday. Did little front load thursday and sunday, both pin were 625mg test and 525mg SuperDeca (total first week 1250mg Test/1050mg Superdeca).

Both time shot were mostly painless, had one shot that let me a bit more sore but it wasn't problematic, higher mg tend to do me this. So far injection are going well, now waiting couple weeks to feel the magic

750mg Test/700mg SuperDeca Will be my baseline for this cycle

May try to add orals when gain start to stall, if they don't impaire diggestion/food intake.
If they do, i'm gonna stop them and add Injectable Sdrol add/or TNE during 3-4 weeks

Now about the oral part i'm still not sure, got 2 possibility in mind

Tbol 40mg / Adrol 50mg
or
Dbol 25mg / Adrol 50mg

Need to do more research about the oral possibility

I cant even imagine Dbol and Adrol at the same time.
I wouldnt even be able to look at food lol.
Dbol messes me up bad, too many sides.

I am.however a Tbol guy, doesnt hurt my appetite until 80mg

Dbol don't seems to affect me too much, exept estro side but Adrol yes, don't want to loose my diggestive system when bulking so that's why i'm also thinking about tne/sdrol injection instead too if things don't go as expect
 
Halloween day, so no cardio for me tonight.
Wife went with the kids to pick candys and i stayed home to feed all the little monster that knocked to our door.

Ain't a bad thing, i could barely walk normal today, doms where intense, been a while it didn't happen. Wasn't giving to much misery to my legs in the last months because of me knees, but they are back and i'll take advantage of the deca to maintain this good feeling. Happy to be back at heavier weight

Thursday pin went smooth, 2.5ml split in each pecs and no soreness at all, that's a good thing for a long cycle!!
So 3 Pins so far and everything smooth for a higher mg product, i'm happy with this.

Friday morning workjout didn't went as planned, i went Hypo in my third exercice so that put and halt to my trainning session, only was able to work on chest so shoulder will be with my morning traning.

Liss cardio was replace by 30/40min of jackdrill and 20/25 min of hammer to break a ciment wall. Pretty intense cardio and lower back work loll

Eating my pre-workout meal, 1x poptarts, bowl of rice crispies with half banana, a coffee and getting ready for some heavy rack pull if my hand cooperate.
 
Morning workout went pretty well, not much time or heavy pull took too much time for it, but i manage to get something decent.

Made it different because of yesterday workout fail and from arm beeing dead from jackdrill/hammer.

Rack Pull (Normal grip/Mix Grip and Straps)
225x10/315x8/385x6/435x5/485x3/525x2

Seated DB Shoulder Press
25s x15/35s x12/45s x10 x4

Keeping these not too heavy since i don't want anything happen to my shoulder, but i felt like i could use 55s, maybe next time or in 2 weeks to be sure i don't injure myself

Then i dicided to try a Giant sets 4 sets of 10 reps

Bent rear delt elevation
Lateral Raise
Front Raise
Band Pull appart


Went pretty light since i wanted to gauge how i would do it, pump was pretty intense.

Everything seems to be easier to lift/press today so i really think Test is starting to build up great, pretty happy to feel this was bored of my TRT level lol. In the next 2 weeks it should be really interesting!!

Now time to enjoy the day, 2 child birthday, 1 friend kid and my wife brother kid.

Time to do some meal prep for the week.
Wife and me working, kids to school, we need to have many things ready for the week.

Marinated beef steak (some going to the freezer), Rice, chicken, porc + beef, , brocoli cheese.
This should get us to survive until friday!!

Morning workout was harder than planned loll

Did jackdrill/hammer friday, rackpull saturday, pinned lats sunday (1.3ml each lat).

So my lats were pretty fried this morning. Had to lower the weight to get it done.

These felt easy but still upping the weigth slowly

Week off from work, not enough wood to produce this week, so i'm gonna get some work done around the house and in the house, should be able to do 45min cardio everyday. May go walk outside in the wood too. Will try to add naps during the week to improve recovery.

Back squat went pretty well again, i think i can go up to 325 next time for working set. Then i'll see if i add sets or weights.

Wanted to add a set on leg extension, but i heard weird grinding sound in my left knee on all my set so i didn't push too far to not regret later.

I breaked in sweat pretty easely in this workout, much more than i'm used to.
Also the last 2 nights i woke up in the middle of the night in sweat.

Nandro seems to do me this favor, last time i used nandrolone it also happened.
But it seems a little bit soon to fell the nandro even with the front load, i was more aiming to feel it around week 4.

Maybe that's only the test doing this to me at the moment. Maybe estro a bit high too, will take a look deeper at this over the next days.

One thing sure, i can feel better strenght and endurance in my workout, my test level seems to be where they should.

This morning i was really worn-off after my workout, for me it was 110% effort today and i really feeled it after training.

Going to do 30-45min LISS again tonight

Now gonna get that food in all day long again!!
 
Had much things to do yesterday and completly forgot to do my cardio.

Morning Workout

Did some shoulder warm up and feeled a weird crunching sound when my right arm was over head so i took this workout withg lighter weight and higher reps.

BB Bench Press
185x8x4

DB Incline Press
55x12x4

BB Close Grip Bench Press
165x8x3

Then i Giant sets my shoulder work

Seated Rear Delt Elevation 15sx10x4
Seated Lateral Raise 20sx10x4
Seated DB Shoulder Press 35sx10x4
Standing Face Pull with band 12x4

Was pretty pleased by this workout, pump was insane at the end, could barely set the db for the shoulder press hehehe, tris where dead.

Food intake before workout : muffin + pop tarts
After workout : 220gr rice and 140gr ground moose + coffee

If everything go well, i should be able to post a little update on the goodies i'm gonna add in this cycle!!

Plan is to add 50mg Proviron ED for the complete cycle

Now still thinking about when and how to introduce Dbol/adrol

Keeping Sdrol and Winny Toward the end



Oh also got this today to experiment, gotta bust some PR later this year!!

Needed to add a DHT to the mix to get things complete and i never really used Proviron in the long run, only here and there for the boost in libido.

Impatient to see the outcome. Should be good in helping with possible side on libido, maybe help me stay dryer and on top of that free up some test too.

After this cycle i'm gonne give a try of Test only with proviron to really see how it can work. Will make cruising more interesting maybe hahaha

Pinned 1.5ml TNE and took 25mg dbol 45min before workout also had a meal too.



Today workout

Hex Deadlift
135x10/225x8/315x6/385x4x3/315x8/225x15, 20sec rest, 225x10 20sec rest 225x15

That was pretty brutal!!
Tne and dbol gave me good intensity, strenght was there too!!

RDL

Hammer Curl 35sx10
Cable Curl 50x10
Seated Incline DB Curl 20sx10
Band Curl (band under feet) 10

Did this sequence 2x then i add 2 sets of 15 Band curl (Stronger one)

This had me an amazing biceps pump.
Gonna take much more time using band in my exercice, need to buy some more. I like the tension it provide.

As for the TNE, injection went smooth, no sensation at all, will see tomorow if it's still the same

Just a little update on AAS Protocol

For the next 4 weeks it will look like this :

750mg Test
700mg SuperDeca
50mg Proviron ED
25mg Dbol (12.5mg am/12.5mg pm)
50mg Adrol (25mg am/25mg pm)

Gonna run this and if side aren't friendly i'm gonna move to 25mg dbol/50mg adrol pre workout only, so 4x day week.

I don't want them to impact my digestion/food intake too much but still want to give them a try.
