Bandit’s Contest Prep Log - 18 & 20 weeks out

Today officially marks 1 week out from show #1.

Weight 191.0 (+0.8lbs). Despite the scale being up a bit im actually feeling quite flat this morning. To be expected after pulling food back to base line after loading for several days.

Plan is to run base plan diet again today. I believe we will continue to do so for the next few days unless I get extremely flat and scale plummets.

Increasing orals today
Winstrol 100mg
Proviron 100mg

We will hold off until Monday to bring letrozole in.

Today is a training day, arms on the menu. Will hit some posing rounds between meals.

I don't often follow logs but this has been one of the better prep logs I've seen in a while, lots of value for someone who is considering competing, experienced or not. Thanks for that. I'm not considering it but some of the input I've put into this thread has been meant to prompt you to spread some knowledge and your experience, thanks for that too.
Here is another one.

Re: disconnecting. Do you place much emphasis on relaxation strategies like meditation, visualization etc? Others I've been around have mainly focused on quality sleep but I wonder about controlling emotions and thoughts while awake.

Looking better every few days bro, I'm already looking forward to the final product and post war stories

Stress reduction has been a massive focus for me over the past 2 weeks especially. Ill list all the things I've been:

- Biggest thing has been having the ability to be off work, locking into a consistent schedule. Every day is ground hogs day right now. Sleep has been quite amazing (most nights). I managed to get 9 hours a couple nights ago which is basically unheard of in contest prep.
- Setting my phone aside for several hours at a time, living in the moment and doing small tasks around the house.
- Daily nap after meal 1 and prepping any food i need for the day.
- Daily bath to end the day off. Rotating between epsom salt baths and simple bubble bath (no shame).

I might be missing a couple things, but those are the big ones.

He set the bar for prep logs pretty high for sure.

Nice! Off test now? Letro will dry you out really really well. Whatever it takes to get that estrogen out of you ASAP. Are you going to experiment with diuretics on the second show if word on the street comes back good?

6 days out

Weight - 189.4 (-1.6lbs)

Feeling a combination of tight, dry and flat today. Coach has me running another base diet day, wants me more depleted. Really happy with where we're sitting right now.

There's been no discussion of diuretics and my coach is typically against the use of them in most situations. Being that I'm a new competitor I don't think he'll want to use anything under any circumstances, but I guess never say never. I have dyazide and lasix on hand.

Heres a break down/check list for peak week day by day

Monday
- Exfoliate skin during showers (I've already started this)
- Introduce letro @ 2.5mg
- Last tanning bed session
- Last leg day

Tuesday
- Nothing significant on this day, this will be a training day but also my day to pack everything I need to bring to my Air bnb for the show.

Wednesday
- Final injections (he says if I don't normally lump up from shots I can push this to Thursday).\
- Final dose of clen/stims
- Full body shave
