I have been on Anavar for 2 1/2 weeks. I have never taken Anavar before or any steroids for that fact so all this is new to me.
1.) When I first started Anavar in my first 2-3 days, I started breaking out a lot mostly on my chest and my upper back, I right away started to rinse out in a cold water after my warm shower so that fixed that problem, I have not had acne problems since then.
2.) I did notice a lot of mood swings at my first week. I seem to be very emotional and sensitive to things that I wouldn’t normally, that took me 2 weeks to get my mood stabilized, I had to learn a lot of meditation, positive thinking and focus on my goals.
3.) I was craving really weird food a lot of protein. In my first two weeks I was eating pretty much a raw smoked salmon which I normally wouldn’t eat that. I was eating a lot of eggs. For example I usually would have three eggs in the morning but instead I was eating about eight eggs in the morning so definitely my appetite went up.
4.) I did notice that my energy was a lot lower, I was sleeping more and I got tired more easier.
Overall experience I have noticed positive outcome from it, I seem to have less back problems with my bone disintegration. I am 6ft & 140 pounds I have gained about 5 pounds which I am hoping to gain 10 more pounds. I have noticed my muscles are getting more detailed and leaned. I work out 4 to 5 times a week & before and after I eat protein. Building my muscle seems to help my bone disintegration like my muscles are supporting my bones. I do get muscle soreness more frequently. So far that’s all I got. I will keep everyone updated on farther experience.
