Another thread from my recently post-happy ass;
Due to my injury which was an ankle/achilles issue, slowly getting better but I had switched to 30 mins moderate intensity “walk” (LOL) for my cardio. I realize my heart rate doesn’t get that high; I’m not really aiming at burning fat, but I still like to stay somewhat active even when I couldn’t really crush my legs the way I’d have liked to the last few weeks or so.
Interested to hear what people have to say.
I saw a meme on fb once and it was like two powerlifters standing there with a speech bubble saying “cardio? What is that Spanish? “ lol always comes to mind.
