For winny, it is hard on the ligaments and tendons, i honestly believe it makes them shrink a bit and gets tighter.
IMO, i run it at 25 mg per day, OR...50 mg eod.
Be careful as i just did something to my bicep tendon, minor but i stopped in time and it could have been bad. I am positive it is due to winstrol.
I was doing straight barbell curls with 45 and 25 per side. I normally struggle with that weight, for 10 reps but i got 12 easy reps and then next set i felt something, two days later bruising and pain. Almost fixed up again
It gets you strong fast as well in my experiences.
I find winny and var along with moderate test and deca, or NPP. is a very amazing cycle.

Winny var and primo with test moderate dose is wicked as well.
My next one in a week or two i start will be...
Test, Deca, dbol and primo for 8 weeks, Then test primo, var and winny for the following 8 weeks.
I use lots of liver aid also, although var is harder on kidneys than liver but dbol and winny can squeeze the liver a bit over time.
Choline, L methionine and inositol with tudca pretty much makes ones liver bulletproof. I dont drink or tax my liver in any other way than vitamin J, so always been good.
