Thank you truly my friend, Short Andwer is I really want to gain my health and get my body to build into just a tank like my ideal weight would be around 195-225 I’m 235 now but it’s embarrassing how far I let myself go lol But not going to tell my life story just that I want to achieve physical perfection , god like strength I’m already strong bench press:a plate and a half///I can dead lift 295 I got real leg strength leg press is like 10-14 friggin 45 erz I get looks like I’m on juice sometimes but it’s just genetic luck , so last time I took dbol I blew up strength increase huge....I just blew up I looked like a newmman long answer I’m trying to achieve a body builders type body On gain cycles) on cutting cycles I wanna be the classic ripped up but still big look..that’s when I plan to hit winny hard along with other good gear.when at peak cycles and retain a muscular physique during my less intense PC treatmeants (which is a different story) .Im not trying to get like perfect like professional bodybuilders I mean I wanna be like kinda like a football player or high weight class mma I really want to get those huge shoulders that you see and delts. My diet is water chicken vegetables and Chinese food sometimes but a lot of continuous hydration (a lot of trips to the urinal for me). My Cycles is run dbol and Sustanon250 start at the same time (Dbol il gonna run up to 80mgs for 3-4weeks I titrations dose at end though . I’m running sustenon 250 for the 10 weeks weekly injections 250mg/ I also use Dianabol before really heavy workouts ....like always have dbol on me it reacts very well with me. After the SUST250 runs its course I’m going continue with test undeca the Syn brand of it. I’m gonna see how I like it I may do the high high dose so it lasts a few months I read you can do a year of that with just 4 quarterly Injectiojs of 1000mgs. I’m also going to be taking Cialis 2.5-5mgs every day in the morning continuously. Right now I am not in the best shape I’m strong as hell real good muscle mass but I have belly fat and I have been quitting other negative vices like tobacco and marijuana as once the cycle begins there both out of the window. I need to up my shoulders and delts and , I’ll have a chest and bi cep day where bench press , good ole push nips , dumb bell workouts , I’m going to document all my strength gains very closely. I also don’t shy away from the cardio. I begin every workout by stretching. Skip rope.quick treadmill. And I end every workout with at least 45min cardio up to a couple hours.Im really going to go hard and put in the effort I want to change my life and my life style and be healthy , stay away from unhealthy things, have a body here I I’m in control when I want to gain and when I want to cut not belly fat , Giant arms and Legs...Also I’m gonna be supplementating protein powder and I like a little creative on bulking phases but other then that just coffee and my prescription of vyvanse which is
a prodrug amphetamine (Dexedrine) I also use in prescribes Dexedrine and adderall if I can get my hands on it but not all the time just for extra energy on a hard cardio day or something.
