Weight releasers

Anyone use them to build mass? I was first introduced to weight realeasers at my old powerlifting gym and decided to buy some from Gorila Fitness for my home gym and I love them.
They weigh around 30lbs each I think and load them with 45lbs each side so I'm at around 150lbs overload on the eccentric phase when I benchpress and I aim at around 6 to 8 seconds eccentric and then 8 to 10 reps of my working weight. I go a bit lighter than I would use normally on working sets. They give me this insane pump in my pecs but also biceps/triceps/lats and I feel a better mind/muscle connection after.
They are resonably priced also. Of course they are not necessary but it's another tool to consider.

Btw I'm in no way affiliated with Gorila Fitness.

Its a great idea, never tried them though. Id love to see a chest press machine built to do this with reps so every eccentric was heavier.

Never heard of em, just googled it. That's kinda cool. Like I mean all the money we spend on equipment so we don't need to have a friend 🤪(spotter)
