I have a pic from 3 years ago where I was single digit and had obliques as well, lol.
I’m saving that for comparison this summer though.

Plus I’m flexing as hard as possible and in good lighting for the pic above, lol.

I’m really thinking tren, thank god it’s a short ester. Took forever to clear Last time after I realized I flipped my lid, lol.
 
Sorby I can’t believe you still have Gators Gym gear! Unfortunately anything I had wore out eons ago lol.
It’s only wore by the crotch from rearranging my junk.
I had a stringer, but my wife made me throw it out. I wore it up to 3 years ago,
She found it embarsing when I wore it to Home Depot. I would get the occasional staring, lol. My nipples hanging out.
I remember when I walking into work one day on my day off and the girls that worked there told me it just wasn’t right, lol
Btw, I’ve had a front loading washing machine pretty much when they first came out. Your clothes last way longer.
I’d bet I bought those sweats in 1997, lol.
 
Well pretty much a month in.
I’m ramping everything up. Not worried about injury right now everything feels great.
Dbol, well I forgot the love hate relationship with that, so I bailed on that.

So now
500 mg test e
200 mg deca

No gh, it was irritating my trapped nerve, and I don’t want issues with that. Once it finally gets completely released I’ll use gh for my cut.

I am now upping my training, drop sets, super sets and so on. Like today I did tri sets for arms, so 3 exercises one after another, for 8 sets.
Barbell curls, rope curls then dumbbell hammer curls. Rest a couple minutes till the pump just starts to come off and repeat.
Work is insane, but I take 8 mg of ephedrine on days I find it hard to go on.
Plus my heat blanket is my friend, you know for the days you are so sore, lol.
 
Ok my update...Shit @Sorbate raced me to an update...hate being behind him (At least i can see right over his head!)

1. Have been a little slow out of the gate; work got crazy and i am still struggling with high hemoglobin due to sever sleep apnea. I was a little inconsistent on train (still got a minimum of 3 sessions in per week) but have done a good job of cleaning up the diet and cut out evening popcorn.

2. i received all the goodies i needed for the contest to top up my suppliers; I have changed the plan a little. Starting shortly i will add the 150mg primo to my TRT and run that for 16 weeks. I will then return to just TRT for a couple of weeks and then i will add DHB for the last 8 weeks to get really vascular. neither product converts to estrogen so i should be able to get fuller and tighter right to the finish.

3. Once i cut out the evening snacks my weight settled out at 188 so i have a good baseline. In a week or so i will increase my cals by 200 per day so i should start to grow a little. Current target is 192. I will see how I look and feel when i get there.

4. lockdown has impacted my ability to get chiro done but it should all open up again this week so i can't complain about neck and shoulder.

Update:

I am still in the phase of cleaning up training and diet before i push hard. I have been working with Stan Efferding. I chose him because he focuses more on athletes than bodybuilders and he is data driven. He is a really nice guy...what you see on YouTube is who he is. Does not treat me less because i am not a pro. Generous with this time. He loves martial arts guys and works with a bunch of up and coming mma guys.

Diet: Stan has made very minor tweaks to diet that i will start to implement this coming week...Ironically he has never once suggested i scrap what i am doing and go strictly on the Vertical Diet. He likes my macros but is focused on upping a few of my micro nutrients in the form of real food verses vitamins. Goal is performance and recovery.

Training: Not changing my split, volume or exercises. Focus is on Mobility - tension through a greater range of motion. Reducing weights a little, slowing down tempo, full pause at the bottom. I had been shortening some of my ranges of motion to protect joints...now we are going to slowly do the opposite for better longevity.

TRT: Going to increase TRT base level a little, pin way more frequently, and then get bloods in 4 weeks. Held off on adding the primo until Stan and i review the BW to see if i am in the range he wants me in before we add the Primo. Wants me to get the most out of the TRT before adding Primo (he is also going to change my protocol with the primo a little but that will be in a future update). He also wants me to add 5mg Cialis daily...he feels its very important to people training hard and over the age of 45 as it is artery protective. I will add this to my list when i see my TRT Dr to get the BW.

What brand cialis is are you taking that you don’t get heartburn from. I get brutal heartburn from Cialis, but loved taking 5 mg a day. Dropped my blood pressure as well when I was running tren.

I dint really have an update.

I’m not sure we both have the same goals, I thought getting as fat and big as possible was the goal, lol.

LOL i think i was clear from the start we were likely going to go about this very differently...HA HA. I am sure we will both look great in the end. I have never taken Cialis but do worry about heartburn...Stan recommends i get it from my Dr as there is a compounded version that goes under the tongue so has no stomach issues

Exactly...to be honest...he has never even said the word...Vertical Diet. He is a coach first. I eat mostly chicken, salmon and white fish with a steak on the weekends and i asked if i should eat more red meat and he only said "if you want to...but your diet seems to be working for you"

Oh man I can’t run that. My wife would know and kill me. It will be primo and winny.
Well as far as your diet, everyone of my dinners are cheat meals, lol.
I had ravioli with ground beef for dinner tonight.
My wife was rubbing my stomach again telling me she doesn’t want to raise another baby.
I told her not to worry.
See I still have abs, but my fat grows on the inside of my body, lol.

The heartburn from cialis is from the relaxation of the soft tissues. So things like the sphincter valve at the top of your stomach relaxes and you get heartburn. At least that what I read.
Some of us it effects more than others.
The heartburn became too much for me, but I did appreciate the ability to get a boner, since whenever I run a cycle it gets hampered.
