log - TRT 150, Deca 300, with Tbol chaser.

I have a stupid question... why are you taking decca at all when you have libido issues. When I take decca I can't get my dick up at all so I avoid it like the plague. Maybe I react different to it than others. If I want super hard erections I just use 250 test e a week and supplement with cialis. Hard as a rock... and I am old. You probably have tried this so I may be preaching to the choir.

What were you doing when you pulled your back? How do you strengthen your back to minimize the pain from spinal stenosis? I suspect you have lumbar Stenosis?

Hope all goes well on recovery.

I did NPP/Primo/Test at 400 a week each for 16 weeks. Tbol first 6 weeks! Packed on a lot of fluid. Injected Superdrol pre-workout last 2 weeks.

Was stupid strong but something added the water. I was still dry and hard after Tbol and started to dry out with Sdol. Gyms closed shut me down.

My face broke out like a teenager at week 12!

I used Letro and Aromasin.

No dick issues. But wont do it again.

Really just high dose test next bulk.

So my injury has greatly improved over the last week in a bit to the point where I was able to do a full back work out yesterday. Strict form, low weight, high reps. Looking forward to making use of this mini cycle finally! The caber has totally resolved the deca issues.

I started this cycle 6 weeks ago. I'm going to run it another 6 and then add the Tbol for the final 6. That's assuming everything continues to improve with my injury. I just need to be very careful. I'm not going to be moving a ton of weight per rep but still keeping overall volume high.

i did deca way back 2008 with my second cycle. did a lower dose 400mg and 600mg test was great. If i were every to venture with it again i would do the same. I am a TNT guy these days. EQ gave me too much anxiety but the gains were just as good as deca imo.

Be aware that you might now be on the "list" now of people with a chance of reoccurrence of back spasms. I never did anything...just bent over once and POW, I dropped to my knees like I had been shot in the back(and it sure felt like it). My gf had to help me to my truck and drive me to the hospital. I was sweating and like an inch away from barfing the whole way.
I get them randomly now every couple of months. Again, not lifting at home or the gym just POW back muscles just lock. My doctor said that once it starts for a lot of people, it never stops. :/

Hope you're clear of them. =)

I have a root condition of cervical foraminal stenosis that precipitated this. I've been dealing with pulls for years. This was a medium pull that I didnt properly rest, and thus i caused a larger pull that turned into a spasm. I'm hoping I'm clear too but it was definitely a wake up call that im not 25 anymore and I need to be a bit more careful. Like, don't try and carry a massive log back to camp, first thing in the morning, without stretching lol

LOL ummm yeahhh...what you just said? Right, we don't try to do those kind of CRAZY anymore LOL. I'm 50 now and looking back I looked forward at the guys going through hell with injuries, shook me head and said, "huh, never gonna happen to me". Well...I'm here and frig was pretty young and stupid.

Good luck on staying spasm free, man. I can't even understand how so much acute pain can just suddenly be there and crippling you. In my career, before I retired, I had a bunch of injuries from overtraining and tons of running in the dark over weird terrain and just crazy threats to my legs and shoulders. I did a pretty damn close to complete destruction of my knee once. The pain was like a kiss from an angel compared to getting a sudden back attack.

Maybe avoid flexion plus compression?

GHD?
Reverse Hypers?
Good god, they're SO good but I would hope he'd avoid Reverse Hypers with a bad lower back.

My sphincter puckered in fear when I saw that post lol.

The issue of cervical (mid/upper back) bone spurs growing into the nerve canals. I'm fine to do anything as long as it's pain free.

I think Im going to kick it up a notch by increasing the test from 150 to 400. So 400 test, 300 deca, until mid oct and then add in my Tbol for the last 6 weeks. I want to maximise muscle gain as we go into winter

Im going to need accutane at that dose of test (Im very ance sensitive). Even on my current 150 test, 300 deca, the acne level is right on the upper limit of what I consider acceptable. I tolerate Accutane well and I have tudca and milk thistle.

I will likely need a bit of ai too, based on previous experiences on higher test. Im thinking .5 adex 2x week is a good starting point.

Start showering with dawn dish water detergent. It dries up the acne really well.
Also grandpas thylox sulphur soap is great.
Even gave you the link

It will not get rid of all the acne, but make it more manageable. Over time you will get less acne from your cycles. I bet I only get 1/10 of what I used to. I have a few scars on my chest, and one on my shoulder from previous times.

Thanks sorb, Ive trying everything under the sun for acne over the years. Nothing does shit, short of accutane. I do use a heavy antibacterial (Hibiclens) for my post gym showers.

What are the issues?
Trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, and even when my sleep tracker tells me I got enough sleep, the amount of deep sleep im getting is very low, like under an hour. I just started a thread in the aas forum asking about deca and sleep.
