how much is too much?

Ive done it three times. All same brand/batch. Progressive Fina. Was supposed to be vet grade i think? Someone else may remember.
Can see your body changing everyday. Strong as fuck. But just turned into an animal. Eyes wander. Bad for marriage. Only thing ive taken that changed the way i think. But even when feel tired and shitty still had energy if that makes sense. I would feel shitty after 5-6 weeks but keep going for 10 or 12. Haha
I cannot do Tren at all...I get very strange. Antsy, aggressive and zoned out. Neither in any single state or combination are good for my career and friend life...I also get really gdamn horny, caveman like. Well, what I would imagine a Neanderthal would be like....Not good at all, but the gains and composition of my body was crazy.
I'm good without it.

Yep. I will never do it again.
Not allowed anyway. 😞

Absolutely 100% and eat.....Even if cutting up, keep those calories flowing, just different sources, but definitely required, rest and food, and viagra @gondar1 ….good point G1
well I might as well drop the tren because my sleep is nonexistent and appetite is a joke but still managing to force the food down at this time..hovering now for a while at a whopping 180lbs...

MKKAY folks. Did some squats with a barbell the other day, not heavy maybe like 100lb (all I have in plates) for 30 reps. Didnt hurt while doing them except for a bit of pain in my spine vertebrae which is quite pronounced as there isnt much muscle or fat back there to protect them.

Anyways I got the worst migraine ever after doing the squats, laid down and it went away eventually. Only problem is when I do pushups now my migraine comes back with a vengeance, then goes away after 15 minutes. Does this sound like a pinched nerve in my neck or something? Neck doesnt hurt but vertabrae close to where bar was resting is a bit sore to touch, bruised I guess. How long should I avoid pushups/exercises that trigger my headache for?

Bet Ill hear some shit for this but I fucking despise olympic style lifts, just too much risk for injuries and there are better exercises to get hypertrophy with much less risk.

Put your bench on a decline position and lay on it with your hands laying across your stomach for 5 minute every day and do some yoga. Upper Back Love is a good one on your tube.

I'm looking forward to trying that Progressive Finaplix, I've got 5 vials in the tickle trunk! I've had em for a few years obviously but i've been wondering, does it contain Guaiacol?

Don't wanna be no real neanderthal that's for sure. You'd would have had to bang neanderthal womenz . No thanks.

You can over train, plain and simple. I would say the majority of average gym goers over train. High volume AND high frequency together mixed with long training sessions is over training. You can't eat enough and sleep enough to recover from that. The goal isn't to have these epic workout sessions that leave you sore for days on end, thats counter productive. All you need to do to grow is progressively overload the muscle. You just need to do more than the last time. One more rep, 5 more pounds, more time under tension, whatever. As long as you do that you'll grow.

I see young dudes in the gym all the time for hours on end, having decent workouts and their training since before I got there and still training when I leave. And their small. That type of training is damaging not only to the muscle but, to the central nervous system as well. We can over train that too.

The only people that should be having those type of workouts and the only people that would benefit from them are VERY advanced lifters who have A LOT of experience, have progressively overloaded up to that point and who know how to eat correctly...some gear would help too.

And ya, as for Tren.....fuck that stuff lol. I used to think the positives outweighed the negatives but, now I know that's not true!

Guaiacol is used as a super solvent by some brewers. You would know as soon as you opened the vial, its got an awful smell, almost like a burnt wood smell. I hate the shit, it stinks very bad and there is no hiding that scent....it causes quite a few negative side effects to some people just like EO does to some.

I am new to this forum however I have trained hard and heavy on the weights competing in both powerlift and bodybuilding and doing relatively well. These are my principles of staying fresh and always enjoying training.

1) Always try to increase the loads you lift overtime. Gives me a target and motivates me
2) Train the muscles that are least sore the next day.
3) Always leave 1 or 2 reps in the tank when lifting heavy or near max (maxes tear down your nervous system and leave you depleted, I only max on various exercise every 3 - 6 weeks to test my strength gains)
4) If all muscles hurt like hell take a day off or 2 until you recover
5) Train with a person who likes to train like you and is motivated (hard to do these days)
6) Vary your exercises, especially the full compound ones that you go heavy on ( change them out every 3 weeks or so) Your body adapts to the same stimulus over time. ( dead, bench, squat, pullups, dips, standing presses)
7) With Gear, change one thing at a time to see if it has any impact. ( ie sides or strength or size increases)
8) Eat based on how hard you are training. Meat veggies and protein shakes as a meal replacement or add on (with yogurt and frozen blueberries …,tastes like a milk shake ...yum)
9) Warming up are my light sets until I get to my work sets.
10) Only do cardio during a competition cycle to meet competition weight. Training intensity should be enuff to activate your cardiovascular system (Do this if you hate cardio like I do otherwise your on your own ...lol)
11) You will get enuff sleep if you train hard (unless u are using tren, it always gives me insomnia). The body will make you sleep when you need it.

These are the primary principles I used when I was into real hard training. They always kept me fresh, progressing and this "over training" was never an issue.
