Glycerine for added benefits and great Pumps and hydration in this heat

i would like to try glycerin tongiht when I lift.

I am going to start wiht 20 mls. Do I mix it with 1-2 litres of water? Or can I just down the 20mls and go about my lift?
 
Do I need to put say 10 mls into a litre or can I just swallow the 10 mls
20 mls may be fine, mix with at least 1.5 liters of water, it will suck water from your gut etc if you don't hydrate. You can swallow it up, but drink water directly there after.
I had zero issues up to 40 ml. I feel it may be touch and GO after this amount....lolol

I mixed 2 teaspons (10mls) in 1 litre and have been drinking it over an hour. Almost gone.

I was outside at the water park with my kids in the wind and sun, but holy did my mouth ever get dry. Not sure if that's a coincidence.
