for healing what would you rather take?

I have lots of experience with over coming tendinitis from arm wrestling 5+ years.(Golfers elbow & tennis elbow). I’ve tried Ostarine but haven’t used the other two.
I’m guessing you’ve ice’d everyday. frozen water bottles resting on your elbows while watching TV?
* Voltern extra strength is amazing.
Working a speed bag will target both sides of your elbows and will increase blood flow. I tie a large rubber band to something sturdy and work it like a speed bag too.
