Im thinking mk 677 and ostarine or bpc 157 and tb 500
Ive done the peps before but i dont think i ran the tb 500 high enough. That shit can rack up if you do some of the doses ive seen online

Ive done all the above for healing tendons. Bpc 157- tb500, ostarine and mk677. I think they all work to some extent. I was taking a full bottle of tb500/bpc157 5mg every week. Once a day injections were fine and dont mix with anymore then 2ml water.. dilues it too mich

What do you recommend. I have had tendonitis for 6 months or so.
I was doing physio saw two different physiotherapists and they gave up on me. Once my progress plateaued they said no point taking my momey anymore.
I had done cupping, massage, flossing, then dry needling. One of them said i should probably do a cortisone shot.... that will only mask the pain and once it wears off i may find myself in more pain.
I have a bottle of Neobolics MK. I looked into BPC157 and TB500 but i dont have that kind of cheese atm for the recommended doses and timeline.
How were your results on each?

You cant be cheap. Ive probably spent 2 grand and 8 months off. But im back to 100% now. I ran everything listed above. Along with cissus, creatine and vitc at very high doses. And recovery eq for horses

i have had great success with tendonitis but you have to suck up you pride and realize you are doing something wrong and/or you dont know more than your PT. you got to stop doing what is creating the inflammation if possible. you got to do what the PT tells you even if you think they are wrong. pride and pain will fuck with you and you will think you know better. you dont. ive seen it plenty. we dont want to admit we have imbalances or are doing something wrong especially when you are huge and strong. the other thing is look up antiinfamitory diet. i had been so desperate once i tried everything. i ate healthy so it was just a small change. but it really worked

ya, domestically it can be massive doing the suggested protocols. ive looked overseas like at like PPL which makes it quite reasonable. if you look on aliebaba, its cheap as fk. bpc and tb arent controlled substances. they should get through right?

It all started after training. This summer i was hella busy with work. HVAC Tech so lots of twisting motions with installing Furnaces with ACs everyday. When I started ti notice the discomfort was from tightening the screws on a thermostat. The twisting motion aggitated it.
Been doing alot of stretching for it. It feels better but if i bump my elbow on something even a graze it kills. Almost feels like a bruise

Where is the tendonitis BB? Is it elbow?

there is no inflammation in tendonitis. The name is now tendonopathy

stretching and traditional physio isnt effective in tendonopathy treatment. stopping use of the affected muscle to a degree is the only way.

Fellas, I have an elbow issue now having slipped on the deck stairs and giving it a good whack on the fall. Thing swelled up with fluid and I looked like a bloody circus freak. That was 3 weeks ago. The swelling has gone down quite a bit but it is still pretty big and painful and I can feel damage in the connective tissue. I see the doctor today about it but there won't be any discussions about BPC157 or TB500 because its unlikely he even knows what they are. I have them both on hand in a blend. I can go online and find a thousand different recommendations for dosage and inject spot which isn't really that helpful. For those of you who have used this blend what dosage would you recommend and does the inject point make any difference with these peptides? Thanks in advance for your responses.

no. there is no inflammatory factor in tendons

I can't wrap my head around all you have said on the subject can you please explain it in simpler terms (ELI5 - soon too be a fav term of mine I think :) ) or point me towards an article that does or something?

Google is giving me no love

This happened to my uncle as well. He gets it drained and is in the works with seeing a specialist. Sorry that’s all I know.
