Emergency due to coronavirus.

you can get a lot done with no weight high volume squats, pushups, chins if you find anything to grab. Close grip, wide grip pushups - won't gain much but you will keep what you have until this gets lifted.
Its only a few weeks for now so do what you can and not much choice.
 
For me,

I'll look at it as a time to get some other type of training in and perhaps lose some body fat.

-Cut/split wood until I can't swing the axe of lift the saw
-pull sled in the yard

lots of stuff to do in my world...
 
Alberta gov said no gyms. I guess my gym doesnt care and they still open. Looks like i get at least one more in to hold me over till i get to my cottage Saturday and have my basement gym.
