I have been trying to read up before making another post but the amount of info is overwhelming. Seems even more so because of the way peptides and sarms are named with just letters and numbers. At least with AAS they have cool easy to remember names. I just need help filtering information.
Over 40 it’s getting harder to train with sore elbows, knees, and shoulders, making me feel weaker than I am. It feels like I have pain in my forearm muscles but I’m guessing that is just part of the bad elbows. So I’m looking at this BPC-157 and TB500. Any others I should be looking at?
I’ve noticed that some products are injectables and some are an oral dropper, or both. Is there a difference between the two? Injectables are out of the question right now as my job requires me to travel every 6 weeks and I also stay in a government owned camp. Injectables are possible while I’m home but if I’m taking something longer than 5 weeks it would be an issue. Using something I can travel with and not have any issues at the airport is also a requirement.
I was having trouble figuring out what the real difference between SARMS and Peptides actually are without the searches coming up too scientific. I asked ChatGPT to lay it all out simply and it came up with this..
“SARMs = synthetic hormone-like compounds that boost muscle by imitating testosterone.
Peptides = natural-like messengers that nudge your body to increase certain processes (like recovery, fat burning, or growth hormone release).”
That makes sense. Is it only peptides that are available in oral form and sarms are all injected?
Just writing all this down has kinda helped lay all my jumbled thoughts down but I’d appreciate people’s opinions.
