Finally back on my feet, today was the first i could normally eat near the same amount i was used to.
Training went pretty well, a little bit slow than normal but strenght was back, endurance was ok and pump were good.


Wake up at 219lbs after a week of sickness, ain't too bad

Since i'm not totally able to get all the food in like i was suposed to, i'm going to drop to .3ml Dracorex Sdrol and 1ml TNE (15mg sdrol+50mg tne)
Pinned 1.3ml in my left delt, smooth as butter and no pip at all again, product is fun to use! Workout was intense! Better than i thought, recovery over the week-end was real good.
Going to use Sdrol+Tne for the Next 15 days to end this bulk

Hows your weight doing since you started the Sdrol?

DB Rear Delt Raise
DB Lateral Raise

Pinned 50mg Dracorex Test Base and 20mg Sdrol. A little bit higher superdrol than supose but workout was real good, will keep it like this for couple days and see if i'm going back to 25mg. Will see how my body will react. The stuff is pretty potent. Mixed with Test Base is even better.
 
Today Workout

Plain simple, only deadlift and went for volume

15x135
12x225
10x295
8x345 for 7 sets

Pined Test Base and Sdrol again. When i began my 2nd sets of 345 i really feel it kick in, weight got easier and move faster.
 
Ok squats wed. and deadlift today wasn't the best idea hahahaha, tonight i can barely walk, my hams and glute are killing me. May need to change thing.

Dracorex TNE and Sdrol are kickin pretty good, muscle getting more soreness from the heavier/more reps workout allowed by these pre workout bonus!! The next 11 days will be real fun!!

Day 2 Push Pull
Day 3 High Bar squats
Day 4 Isolation (Probably shoulders)
Day 5 Low Bar Squats.

2 days rest.

Gives me all the squat love and adds numbers to my total without completely destroying my legs so I cant even work lol

It was pretty intense, still sore today and hard to reach the floor hahaha. Gonna do it again next week and add more volume to get the most ouyt of my tne/sdrol experimentation.
Habitually i have at least a day between them so i can recover a little, i would not do this too often.
You train legs a lot more than me, i'm currently focusing more on upper body, i want to have more growth in my shoulder and arms, never reaslly focus on them. Legs aren't that big but i feel they are decent for the moment and my back is pretty good too. Still need to work on them for size but not as much as my chest/delt/arms

Only did shoulder, gonna do arms tomorow with a couple meals in.

Pinned 50mg Tne/25mg sdrol. As you see i'm slowly upping my sdrol, want to try 30/35mg in the middle of next week for squats and deads.

Been now 5 days i'm running both and damn, it's addictive, i'm feeling full and strong, looking full, energy is high, no lethargy yet, i fucking love sdrol, so sad that this compound is highly toxic, i would run this for weeks.

Will wait until i finish the vial to completly review it, but so far it's real good stuff!
 
AAS Update

Approx. bulking since 13-14 weeks with Dracorex Products.
Was using 750mg Test/700mg SuperDeca/350mg Proviron
Also used Dbol/adrol during 25/28days

Yesterday was the last pin of my third bottle of SuperDeca and i won't open the 4th one i got, been enough time in bulk mode and i don't want to go for another 5 weeks with nandrolone.

Next pin will be only Test and i'm going to up it to 1g a week for the next 4-5 weeks and maintain size before going into leaning mode.

Product is smooth to pin, most pin were pip free.
The stuff is strong, caber is strongly adviced
I couldn't use all the strenght the nandrolone provide me because of small injury but weight feel light most of the time. Squats and deads were strong.
Fullness also was at the meeting.
I did had some slight ED and couple time it took more time too cum but nothing i wasn't expecting eunning nandrolone. Nothing cialis/viagra could overcome.

Weight at the moment is 220lbs when i wake up. Still have 10 days of TNE/Sdrol to add couple more pounds, i think i should hit the 225lbs mark.
So during these 14 weeks i will have add around 17lbs.
Will take pics at the end of next week to compare from the begining.
I'm really satisified at the moment of the gains i've made, most of my clothes are too tight, had to buy X-large shirt cause i din't have anything left to go at work, that a good thing :cool:

I'm making a switch from BB to Powerlifting,
My bench is already pretty good and my arms are kind of over sized for my frame, ( I actually look a bit silly I'm told) so it's all about increasing my deads and Squats.
I find it's pretty easy to maintain my shoulders and arms... maybe once a week is good enough, on a 2 or 3 week rotation.

When I was getting my shoulders to size, I actually did about 8 sets of shoulders ED, they recover so quickly.

Went with slow controlled reps, pump was insane. Pinned 60mg TNE and 30mg Sdrol, that's getting intense, back and arms pump all day long hahaha, i wouldn't do this during a month long hahaha, a week of this treatment will be enough.

On the other side i start to feel lethargic middle afternoon, and even if i'm drinking a lot, my pee still stay light yellow instead of clear at the end of the day. 7 days left

I would like this to happen, my arms are lacking, going to work a lot on them this year and lower my back work since it got decent size,
Don't have much trouble maintain what i gained but i need to gain it first hahaha

I would say your arms arent lacking st all, looking at your avatar lol.

If you look at mine, biceps and triceps overpower my shoulders and chest, relativly comical lol.

My secret to bug arms has always been deep heavy sets of close grip tricep press.
NOTHING builds triceps like those.
My bench is nice too because of it.
right now im hitting 225 for 6 on close grips and the triceps show it

Maybe they're not that bad hehehe but i know i can put size on them without hurting my physique. I think we're never fully satified, the quest of always getting better is never ending.
I use close grip press more than before and i'll try try to add more in the next months and see what will hapen, but sure it's a great way to put heavy load on them.

I think you're right.
You're delts are quite 3 dimensional.

Although your arms are certainly not undersized, your delts allow for you to have bigger arms without looking silly.

Yeah even if i can't use a lot of strenght to develop my shoulder, i'm getting decent result, still need to work on the rear delt more but i'm pretty happy with the result i have, impatient to get lean again hahahaha

I also have long arms (29in) so i think if i can hit 18in it would be pretty nice. One of my goal.

Went mostly with arm since wednesday and thursday will be hard enough on my back.
Scale at 224lbs this morning.
60tne/30sdrol mix until the end.

I would be on that stuff all year long, workday is so much easier except the pump hahaha but the job is so much more easier when nothing seems heavy!!
 
Squats Day

10 x 135lbs
10 x 225 lbs
8 x 10 x 275lbs

Really feeled the tne/sdrol kick in about my 4th set, weight got lighter, but when i hit the 7th one, legs were dying hahaha. Barely able to finish the 8th one

That was pretty brutal, not use to that kind of volume but that was fun, don't know if i'll be enough recover for tomorow deads, if not going to do them friday instead, don't want ot hurt my lower back

Didn't went with deadlift as planned, legs were too sore to do something that worth it so i went with shoulder work and tomorow will be deads.

DB Rear Delt Raise 3x15
DB Lateral Raise 3x15
Plate Front Raise 3x10

Band Lateral Raise 3x25

Same preworkout as usual. Shoulder were dead at the end, took a good 30min to be able to use them again hehehe, it was a good workout, pump was insane, i like this!
Only 2 workout left using tne/sdrol and i know i'll miss them, really kick your workout in high gear!!
