My wife has anxiety. She was diagnosed with fairly severe anxiety and put on anti anxeity meds. She did a lot to help herself and was able to get off the meds. She takes other supplements which help a lot and give her less side effects than her script.
She is wanting to try CBD oil to see if that can help.
It's tough getting an answer as to a starting dose of CBD oil for anxiety. Some research said for her body weigh 840mg once a day and move towards twice a day if needed. Seems very very high..
Anyone have any personal real life experience with CBD oil and dosing for anxiety/calming?
I bought 2 bottles of CBD oil dosed at 25mg per ml. Just not sure what dose to start at.
