Bulking cycle.

now we are on the topic of "quality muscle gains" I understand because tren is a dry compound you wont bloat like deca or other stuff. So does that mean you will keep most if not all your tren gains when you stop it/drop to a cruise? someone please say yes🙏
I haven't had any dick issues yet thank god, I’m in 4 weeks into npp than switched to Deca last week, no dick issues yet if they do arise I will just bump my test up to 750mg /week.
 
Thanks everyone for all the input. I'm thinking I'm gonna try Zues cycle test, eq, npp. I might run slightly lower doses as the current layout would double any cycle I've done before for weekly mgs but maybe I'll push it a bit.

I would highly suggest you follow zues’s cycle then. As fun is it is to blow up and be super strong for 6-8 weeks
It’s not healthy, it goes away quick. Net tissue gain should normally be the goal.
But trust me I love test suspension and dbol that is so fun but sadly I’m getting old and don’t want to beat myslef like that anymore

We've had this discussion on this Board before, and it is so disheartening to take the time out of the day to give advice based on real life experience and have guys not follow it.

I even went as far as to make a post about how much money some guys were making per hour, yet a handful of guys took an hour or more of their time to respond to a post, and they OP didn't follow any if the advice.

Again, the next time you make a post, be honest with the Board that you not serious about making gains, and ask them for horribly useless cycles, and you'll get no responses, only mockery.

Please follow @Zuespas cycle. Heck, I'm headed into an almost identical cycle that he recommended to you because those dosages work.

I hope you seriously consider how much people pay to get training advice from a coach who will drop you if you don't follow his/her regimen on one or two points.

I wasn't trying to mean any offense by saying I may lower the doses a bit. I am more a less trying to be cautious. I have never ran eq or npp. I've only done a couple test only cycles, and a test and winstrol cycle. Based on the repsones it got and more research I've done since he suggested it I think it will be a great cycle, and I probably will run it the way its stated. Like I said just want to be somewhat cautious.

You can definitely make this work at lower doses. What I would suggest is you drop the test to 500, eq to 300 and leave the npp at 300.

this makes it easy to pin Monday Wednesday Friday

I am looking for advice on a good bulking cycle. I haven't used any traditional "bulking" compounds and am curious to what guys like together. My current stats are 5'9 about 190lbs probably right around 10% bodyfat. I would ideally like to be around the 200-210lb and would like to keep my gear doses under 1500mg a week. I tend to respond pretty well to lower dose so I don't want to get up to high.

With your stats (although you left out some), there's really no reason you can't do a great bulk cycle with something like 500-800mg of test only. IF your not growing on that your either not eating/trainging properly or you have extensive steriod use history. Keep in mind, according to your goals your only looking to add 10-20lbs..
It's better to add 10-20lbs with a low/moderate amount of gear then add the mass with a high amount of gear. You'll find it easier to retain gains and over all health would be better.

I have limited gear experience, definitely do not have a problem growing while taking it. I stay around 10% body fat year round. I've been training for 15 years natural and close to 2 years with some form of enhancement. I have done 2 test only cycles and a test and winstrol cycle. Never have taken test above 400mg a week. 31 years old. I would say my diet is on point. I'll post up a current picture. 190bs in this pic.

Brother... if you had no issues gorwing on 400mg test, just do 400-600mg again... Once you do a big cycle you will understand the law of diminishing returns.. Don't wreck it for yourself after your 3rd cycle.

Nice build, 500mg prop a week and a good diet for 12-14 weeks and you'll see huge improvements.
 
you’d definitely benefit from a long EQ NPP cycle ... is even switch the npp out for masteron. You’ll look amazing by the end of it. But all in all not really a bulk protocol. If you ate big enough I’m sure you could make it work. I’m wondering why the NPP is being suggested over deca? Although I guess deca eq wouldn’t make a whole lot of sense.

nobody would suggest tren e for this guy with some eq?
 
Thanks man. I'm really liking the idea of the npp, and eq. I'm definitely not ready for tren yet and am little scared to ever try it just based on my personality haha.

I dunno if the years of natural work was admirable haha it was pretty miserable by the end haha. I've liked the change a lot so far. I find it difficult to not try everything all at once haha. I couldn't make up my mind for what I wanted to do for my fall cycle which is why I posted here in the first place haha.

I will cruise after. 200mgs a week. Seems reading through old posts on here guys typically prefer drol to dbol.

I typically feel that the battle between Drol and dbol is what doesn't kill your appetite and spike your bp. Adrol absolutely kills my appetite thus doesn't make for a good mass builder. But that's me.
