Test only cycles

Fuck i can't keep up with the new posts, moved this edit down, thanks again for the great content

EDIT- Cool of you to time stamp the vid. I just watched what I guess is the relevant part, they mostly talk about Enanthate but same ideas apply. I did laugh when they also couldn't remember the name of the tea oil or whatever it's called. Lot's of really good info, I've seen a few of this podcast before but I think I'll have to start getting more regular with it

Here's something for test enanthate by coach steve. In the link is a video about carrier oils and their effects as it pertains to systemic inflammation. Very interesting stuff too.

It's a great podcast from these guys, with very knowledgeable people too.

Thanks dude, I haven't seen too much of that first podcast you put up, couldn't name those guys but they seem really on the ball. I've seen a bit of Steve stuff, I have him on IG and seen a few FB vids, I really like him guess it's time to dive right in seems like he could learn me a lot. Common sense and critical thinking backed by cited science, love it! I think I like him cause as nit picky as I am I haven't immediately found stuff jumping out at me that I want to argue about lol

No problem! They've got quite a few people on there for different shows. Steve I think has made only a couple of guest appearances. Dave Crossland is someone I usually tune into on there.

If you love the science stuff then Dr. Scott Stevenson has got some interesting stuff on their show.

I'm not arguing, you are way more experienced than I am but I always thought testosterone peaked during sleep, I read that once and just a quick Google brought this up:
Plasma testosterone levels display circadian variation, peaking during sleep, and reaching a nadir in the late afternoon, with a superimposed ultradian rhythm with pulses every 90 min reflecting the underlying rhythm of pulsatile luteinizing hormone (LH) secretion.
The natural fluctuations of testosterone seem like a little... "supportive arguement" for capabilities of natural ways to boost testosterone, in my opinion.

If T levels are 30% lower in the evening than at morning, then although the numbers aren't shocking when you fill in what's lacking in evenings (remains within "normal range"), it will be noticable biologically. Last time I had a horrible acne breakout years ago (but it was years after puberty acne), I didn't think anything other than seeing more women than usual thinking they might be triggering my hormones... but it was at that time I've been months into icing my balls intensively dozens of times per day.

It's possible that such methods keep testosterone nearer to the natural peak throughout the entire day, which again won't be above normal range so labeled "ineffective".

Months of intensive icing of the balls dozens of times per day.

Not just intermittent, casual cooling of the testicles once in a while.

I just don’t know what to say after that 😂

They quickly get used and not doing so is burning discomfort. Quitting was hard.

Whats the benefit of that? You might enjoy cold plunges too full body cooling
Full body water immersion takes a little mental chatter "it's warm, just do it!" But isolated balls, in my case freezing cold is what became the normal temp, the only way to get them comfortable.

I know in theory there's no such thing as tricking balls into supraphysiological output since it's controlled by the gonadotropins, but it did something. I remember reading a specific study where I think they separated pigs into freezing cold and normal temperatures, and specifically measured their balls, and the only thing that changed I believe the balls were 20% larger in the freezing cold, and loads were bigger.

It doesn't make sense in theory to freeze them like I did beyond what @Musclemaker said, casual cooling. That's definitely proven to work, they are supposed to be a couple degrees below body temperature at all times, otherwise testosterone drops.

Which leads me into another thought, not so relevant to this forum: I've seen these pants with fans for sale: pants-500x420.jpg
Haven't seen anyone using these. I wonder, do the surrounding areas then smell of ass and ball sweat when it's blown out by the fans?

I think it's better to have a bulkier heat pump built where inner air is cooled but stays inside.

It helps not get so fatigued when it's extremely hot. Cold plunges help more and for much longer, but more difficult to do at work (yes I've been icing there as well.)

I definitely feel like test propionate is different than a longer ester. I mean look at how different EQ is compared to boldenone cypionate. The dosage reaches higher peaks in the blood stream flooding the AR receptors more, its half life is shorter too so there is whatever effect that might give and you need like 5 half life's of how long it's in your system for it to actually be out of your system hence why I think my fertility doctor wanted me off for three months before HCG.

new and not much to add butt only test so far.once I hit a wall i may consider others but havent hit a wall yet.i am older but new to cycles.good to read the comments and learned much.thank you

I agree. The peak of the compound is what I've been pointing out. It's why orals hit so hard, they literally can start working right before your workout flooding your body with androgens. At the same time there is some evidence that longer acting compounds result in better nitrogen and glycogen retention. So they're just simply not the same because of their very nature is not the same, resulting in different effects.

I think its safe to say that yes you can achieve the "same levels" but blood work will only give you a snapshot of whats actually happening which in reality is dynamic.

im doing 6.25 mg on e3d with test pin. getting bloodwork next week. What dosage are you at man and how often?
I have found in the majority of the people I know this is the long term dosage for those about 1 gram total of test/deca. Stuff really works but takes weeks to fully implement it's self and it is like slowly bumping the needle on a radio instead of cranking it back and forth.

I so see the need for me for the other AI's like arimidex for smoking fast acting on medium sized issues. Hey I have no problem taking both if something kind of bad came up and dropping arimidex as the suicide inhibitor takes effect. If things went off the rail for me and started lactating all over then I'm running for the Letro for sure!!

I'm actually all over the place with it, I ended up taking too much one day thought I crashed my estrogen but felt better a couple days later now I'm not even touching it unless my blood pressure gets high but I don't have any sides like gyno or anything just acne so far. I think if I keep up like this it might be like 6.5mg a week

Keep in mind most orals do not utilize the AR receptors like injectables with the exception of anavar. It's part of why they aren't as good.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by that.

I mean something like dbol mg for mg is one of the strongest drugs out there. 100mg/week of test e vs 100mg/week dbol? Dbol wins hands down imo.

Injectable steroids attach to our AR (Androgen Receptors), orals do not. Oral steroids act through different mechanisms except for anavar.
I am shocked by this answer. By no means am I calling BS but I must say that it's probably not a thing that I've ever had be questionable in my mind. Feels like an almost embarrassingly huge hole in my game if I've misunderstood this for so long although even if it's true it might not change much in what most of us do in practical application. Might also simply be a misunderstanding about what I'm misunderstanding :) .

The first line specifically as it is very direct, the second line leaves some room for nuance and discussion.

I'm guessing it might be a hard thing to research through search engines etc, at least proving a negative usually is for me.
In the interest of time saving could you expand on that or suggest where to source more info?

Or anyone else who could please do so, this could be a truly fascinating path to deeper understanding.

Cheers Bro

I too would like to know as well. Oral steroids are still classified as "anabolic -androgenic steroids".

If they don't attach to the AR, what is so androgenic about them? If they aren't androgenic why can't we give women dbol so they are strong on plow but don't have deep voice?JK (sorry in advance for the lame Borat reference😅) lol
