Hey guys
Looking for some advice,
Been awhile that I post on here, always been helpful so I'll break it down as much as I can

Stop gear for almost a full year. Started new cycle 6 weeks ago.
57 yo
5 10
BF 18 to 22
185 lbs
last year my last cycle I was at 205 lbs
Diet 3,500 cal
6 day workout: push pull legs

Test e. 400mg /w 100 EOD
week 1 to 12
NPP. 300mg / w .75 EOD
week 1 to 8
Tbol. 50 ED. split am / pm
Week 1 to 8
Proviron. 50 ED. split am /pm
Week 1 to 12
Adex. If needed
Cycle assit 4 per day

7 days ago got puffy nips, sore and pea size lump
Both side.

Take .25 adex eod for 7 day now
Left side lump more down.
Right side lump almost tripled, now like 3 pea size

I never had any issues what so ever with any previous cycles
(npp, deca, dbol, adrol, sdrol, tren, tne)

Been researching / reading every day for a solution,
Just get more fucking confusing.

So what I found the majority pointing to:
Nova 20mg daily
Raloxifene 60mg daily

So what is the most effective way at this stage to stop this shit

Alsl can someone advise
What are all the markers that I should request on my blood test (Friday this week)

Thanks everyone

.5mg caber initially followed by .25mg E3-5 days as needed. Also 20mg nolva and 60mg ralox as you stated. AI as needed. Control the estrogen-control the prolactin. Run this until the gyno is gone.

If it was me I’d stop the cycle, unfuck yourself and reevaluate your cycle plan.

Your plan for Gyno reversal seems solid. I’ve used that plan with success in the past.
That's great to hear, thank you for the advice, appreciated.

It's fucking pist me off that it get so bad so quick,

I red that to cut down the npp
Would help, not sure how good is this info

Honestly I’d stay the course, run your Gyno reversal plan while you continue to run this cycle and see how it goes. You can drop everything if you want but I personally wouldn’t. Even just cut back the NPP if you’re worried the E2 might increase prolactin sides, but again, you’ve got a plan and your E2 should be back in control here shortly providing your SERMs and AIs are legit.
I found once I got myself into your situation I was always a bit more sensitive to E2 on future cycles.
I now add 20mg Nolva to all my cycles at the beginning, first 2-3 weeks, until my bloods stabilize and then drop it.

People say gyno won't happen within a few days, I beg the differ. Anyways, I've always had good results with 20/40 mg of tamox ED.

Might not be the smartest move but I stay on tamox while cycling and while PCT'ing. AI when needed.

I never used 19 nor but you might need to get blood work and caber.

Tamoxifen or Raloxifene will stop it and even reverse it if started right away. I've only used Tamoxifen and it always worked for me.

As you can see in my info. I'm a big fan of 19nor gear, they work very well for me all.the rime, now I have no idea why it popped up and that quick.

As you say, I m sure I'll be sensitive E2 wise, so not sure what cycle I'll do later if I stop all 19nor, they my fav.

Thanks for the good info brother 👍

Often when people say "Adex. If needed" it means that they are waiting for gyno before they take it. I prefer to be proactive and at the very least take a small dose of adex eod. It really only inhibits conversion, you should be able to tolerate .25 to .5 (on 400mgs of Test I'd be closer to .5) eod without crashing your E. I don't mind running my E on the elevated side, but in my opinion, you're body will convert too much on 400mgs of T. Gyno can also be triggered by sudden changes in hormones. So if you wait until you have symptoms, then slam it with a large dose of an AI, it can have a negative effect on your body. Smooth transitions are much easier on your body.

I've also started to take low-dose Ralox during any cycle over 300mg of Test. Gyno is a bitch, and often by the time you feel it, it's too late.

Your reversal doses are good, but I would keep up with the AI. Be patient, it can take some time.

Brother thank you very much, all the information that you gave me make just sense, and I agree I should next cycle get .25 to .5 adex a the start, now it's a bitch.

Thanks for your advice

Are you running the same cycle? Apologies if you made it clear and I haven't had enough coffee but is it the same as before or what are you taking right now. Unlike a lot of guys who know what to take/when to take it, I wouldn't add anything until I got my blood work back. Test/free test/estrogen/prolactin/LH/SHBG are the main hormone markers. Are you getting a CBC and other health markers or just hormone blood tests?
At this point until you have blood work back, it is guess work. I have never had gyno, never needed an AI or or SERM to control but I had many symptoms that indicated I did. Erect, super sensitive nipples, felt like small lumps - I was even sent for a mammogram and ultrasound.
Anyway, when I received by blood work done twice, nothing had to be controlled. It took a few weeks of comfortableness but my body adjusted and it went back to normal.
All that being written, if you know you have gyno and it flares up and guys who know their body and know what to take - I'm sure they can take care of the issue but I won't add anything before getting data back to justify doing it. Just my opinion and the opinion of the coach I have the most confidence in.

If lowereing your estrogen isnt working to reduce the gyno then its probably prolactine related. 300mg of npp is enough to cause that. So if its prolactine related your arimidex, nolva, ralox wont do shit. U can either take caber or drop the npp amd wait it out until it clears up. Prolactine gyno in my experience doesnt stay. It fades away once hormones get back in check. It may take 2 months to fully dissappear after stopping npp but itll go away. Your not on high enough dht products to cause a negative reaction and cause gyno that way either, so id definitely suspect the prolactine.

Not worry I understand, need more coffee hahaha

I did not changed nothing to my current cycle yet

Thanks for the Hormones marker info, I'll request these as you mention, yes cbc included.

Are you saying that I shouldn't get going yet on cab, nova and tomax?

I'm thinking to check kidney liver and thyroid also

@aGuyFromWinnipeg When I say AI as needed I mean upping the dose based on blood work. Anything above 150mg of test I'm on an AI.

With tamox 40mg is 40mg. I don't need to worry about nasty side effects or crashing my estrogen like adex. Especially if used for less then 3-4 months.

This is my current cycle, wil be in week #7 tomorrow.

Very similar to my last cycle, and if you look at my initial post, 19 nor gear are my fav, never ad any issues what's so ever
Always keep AI and other on the side.

Got my caber and nova yestrday
I can't find anywhere around here some rolox though, is there another one I should get instead of roll, if I can't get it here?

This morning wake up with a swelling throat got huge lymph nodes both side, I been reading for few hours, never fund any relation gyno / lymph nodes.
Anyone know if it related or not to gyno?

Your getting blood work is today - get more than hormones like I originally suggested. A trip to the doctor to determine what is wrong or put your head at ease is a good idea.
I would not mess around with other compounds until I got my blood work on Monday so yes for a few days of waiting I wouldn't take anything until you have data from the blood work. I don't know your experience and if you know your body - if you do and some here do know when to take what if they have an issue. It appears you are asking because your not sure which is normal and smart. I don't add anything in without the data, never takes more than a week to get blood work results here so I wait and then take what is required.
As for obtaining Ralox, I don't know. I would ask the labs. I would have to check my lists to see who carries it and they have to agree to work with you. Send Bull a PM, I am sure he can tell you which patrons have it.
If you have swollen lymph nodes you have an infection but the question is where and why. You have lymph nodes inside and if they are swollen it is an indication (most likely) you have an infection.
You need to see a doctor. How swollen are they? Noticeable when wearing a T-shirt?
