What is everyone running Spring 2022

I'm running some test, deca, and superdrol. It will in all likelihood be my last oral run so I thought Id give this stuff a try.
 
I think thats sort of just how she goes with dbol i dont get the prostate thing maybe because i use finasteride. But about 5 to 8 lbs of bloat sounds correct than ya once its just test that goes away for me as well. My diet has to be spot on with dbol even at a low dose if i eat shitty the back pumps will be so bad i cant train properly. Last time i did dbol was a decade ago so i reckon sides are worse now they generally dont improve with age!
I changed the way I take DBOL to pre-workout only and limit to about 3 days a week before a heavy lifting day. This limits the bloat and also limits the back pumps which I found crippling when I took it ED. If you like it but don't like the sides it might be worth trying this way.
 
My cycle for about 3 months was:
TestE/MastE/TrenE 200/200/200 per week
Aromasin 25mg 2-3x/w (increase if the nips are sensitive and decrease if the joints feel creaky)
Stanalone 20mg and Madol 10mg as a pre-workout on lifting days
2-4iu Humatrope about 5d/w
T3 50mcg/d for month 1 and 3

Got tired of the horrible sleep on Tren so I took a reset of 20mg/d Var and 25mg/d Proviron for 2 weeks (if you haven't tried this I highly recommend when coming off Tren or any other higher dosed cycle or just transitioning to a cruise) and then have been cruising on 250/w Test E and 2iu/d Opti (ran out of Humas) for the last month along with BPC157 500mcg/d and TB400 2mg 3x/w to help rehab my Achilles tendonitis....starting to get the urge to ramp it up again I am thinking something like the below for the rest of summer:

TestE 250/w
Aromasin 25mg 2-3/w
DHB 100mg/w
MENT 10mg EOD (along with Caber)
Stanalone and Madol pre-workout same as above
2-4iu GH 5d/w
Maybe jump back on the T3 soon also
 
ramped up to test cyp 500mg/wk, deca 600mg/wk. Its just kicking in now, swelling up nicely, strength is good again. Deca has become a staple for me.
 
Do you have to run caber or control your estrogen?
Do you mean prolactin? Yes, sometimes I take .5 of a caber if I dont feel myself. I take an arimidex 1mg twice a week or so, its also on an as needed basis. These doses are relatively low for me and the cycles are pretty short these days so I dont have too many issues. I got married a few years ago and have since chosen to keep my mental health a priority with my gear.

Sorry for the questions, but what did you run before holidays To tighten up? Just diet and 200 mg of test a week? I understand its pretty much diet, but there was a look to the muscle and I was wondering if it was just you natural look, or also something you took.

I dont really change my diet much before holidays, I get a little more strict probably, but we love the all inclusive resorts and if you diet hard before hitting one of those, youre gonna be in trouble LOL! I put a pic in the members logs the other day, that was from around 8 weeks ago when I was about 3 weeks post cycle which was also 500 Test and 600 deca at its peak. The cycles I do now are only ever around 10 weeks max, then I come off totally but only for 6 weeks max. Ive learned over the years that you get your best results from gear while blood concentrations are rising. Once they are stable, if you wanna grow more, you gotta add more, but theres a limit to this! Personally, I start to get an ill feeling that doesnt go away around 1000mg or more a week. So what I do is ramp the gear up by doing 4 or 5 weeks at 250 test and 300 deca, then double till I feel like shit, then I stop cold turkey for 6 weeks, feel great again, then repeat! I wish I had started doing this a long time ago because I am getting better results with almost no side effects, I used to hammer my body with harsh gear, gh, insulin, you name it, at very high doses, and always felt like crap. I can eat properly on cycle now, this has been a huge problem for me in the past, high doses for long periods destroy my digestion; and test and deca doesnt mess my prostate up TOO much. At my age, deca is almost a must in the gym for my joints as well. Its also a very cheap cycle that gives really good results. Keep the cycles simple and focus on the food, your look wont change alot between being on and off if you do it the way I do, and you'll look and feel way better. I wouldnt use anything else unless I was gonna comepete again.

Deca other than it messes with my dick a bit, wouldn’t be much of an issue for 10 weeks.
I just came off a tren, prop cycle and havnt done another injection, was going to wait a couple weeks, I had been running it for like 20 weeks and was starting to feel crappy.
I’ll try what you recommend.
My biggest issue right now, is I’m having no issues eating, lol. I havn’t really had a goal to get really lean. I used to get lean for mexico vacations, but none of that right now, I need to get my grandsons passport.
Its tough to get get lean “because”. I just havn’t got the mindset.

Another question, does deca make you bloat? I don’t, and was wondering if you were the same.

Anyhow I really liked the look you had in the picture, lean but not too lean, but you got edges on the muscles. I got that look years ago (albeit way smaller, lol) and wasn’t sure if it was what I ate and how lean I got, or the tren, lol. That IMO is the look that most people can relate to. I see guys juiced to the gills on holidays, veins popping, red as hell sweating everywhere , ripped to the bone and they don’t look good.
 
Should the test mg at least match npp if not higher? And do you need an a.i with npp? Like 150 test and 300 npp wouldn't work would it?

Test will always be higher than nandrolone
npp I use Prami with it due to having natural high prolactin

I always use an ai
Or else I get many sides
 
I have adjusted my cycle to accommodate my current goals

500mg sustanon
300mg npp
60mg anavar

I will also be doing low carb , carb cycling no cheats meal for at least 6 weeks to really work on getting lean and hard

Dhb has peaked my interest, have you ran it before? Thoughts? For me tren is out, so was.looking for something outside of the usual compounds for next spring

lol I’m not a good example
I need Prami and aromasin and still get gyno
I’ve had gyno from my first cycle at 18 I’m 30
I would say Prami most won’t need but ai for sure always important on 500mg of Sustanon
