Recent experience with generic and omnitrope

Hi all,

Just want to share my experiences or lack thereof the last 7 months of the year.

Tried some generic GH (likely from China) for about 5 months. No real changes except deeper sleeps. That was it. Was running 4iu a day.
Was pretty disappointed as I am hoping to aid my 30 year old body from tendonitis in my elbows and knees. I am an ectomorph with a light build.

About a month or two after that I got my hands on a Omnitrope script where I am running 2iu a day following all the correct pinning/storage protocols.
I'm over 2 months in now and have seen/felt ZERO changes. Running it with 2ml of Test E also.
Extremely disappointed so far but am also desperate.

Anyone offer me some words of advice besides "you need to run it for at least 6 months and be patient"?

Have I just possibly been unlucky with my batches?

What's everyone's take on Omnitrope?

Thanks!

Like the others have said, Expectations might be too high. Your diet and workout will greatly effect your gains.
What are your stats? What is your diet? What is your training regime? What is your goal?
You want to grow? GH will help you get there but food will get you there faster. IMO, GH should be saved for a certain level of BB’er, just cause someone can afford it, doesn’t necessarily mean they’re ready for it.

TBH my experience with GH is that it’s great as a fat burner and to “carve” your body. It’s not something to be used to add a bunch of muscle.

If your goals is to add muscle and strength then simple AAS cycles are what you should be doing.

Examine your training and diet and get them tuned in and gains will come.

Tendonitis is typically a repetitive stress injury. Figure out what’s or what causes it and remove the cause.

im on my second run with gh. My first was just 1 kit as a experiment. This time, i have been running them for a few months. Got enough for 6 months. Even tho i like it and it is having a small positive effect in how i look, i dont think i will be getting more. The cost benefit is just not there. I would of been better off in buying more weight plates or another piece of equipment for the basement.

Agreed. It’s a like installing baseboards on a brand new house. It’s finishing.

HGH is not magic.

From my experience HGH will make you a lot thicker everywhere from 8+iu, from the water retention which is mostly intramuscular...

But it's main effect is fat loss. It blocks most of the fat gain effect of insulin (natural or injected) and allow the fat from your fat cells to be released in your blood at all time (if you are on HGH at all time). That being said, if you don't use the fat that is being release (by moving, training or doing cardio), most of it will not be converted to energy (fat loss) and will simply return in your fat cells once HGH is out of your blood. Also if you are too much in a calorie surplus you won't see any fat loss, although it will greatly minimize fat gains and even prevent it entirely... So, to really reap most of HGH benefits, you should be on a calorie deficits and train everyday you are on it. Once you do that for a while and get shredded, by increasing HGH dose to 8iu+ and start a calorie surplus at the same time, you start blowing up with 3D look (intramuscular water gain) while staying ripped. But you must get shredded first for that to happen, don't be afraid to really reduce your bodyweight until it's done.

What are you expecting from gh and what are you desperate for?

what else have you been doing for your tendonitis?

ive been using omnitrope off and on for almost 4 years now
From what I've been told by my powerlifting friends who use it is stuff like better muscle growth/recovery, increased mood yada yada yada the list goes on. I've been very patient but am now in a state of despondency.

What I'm expecting is slow (not expecting it overnight) regeneration of tendon repair and aid in muscle growth.
Desperate for joint regeneration.

Problem I'm having is simple movements like bench press/push ups flare up my elbows, skipping on one leg flare up my knees...

I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on physio's in different countries trying different programs that just don't work.

Problem I'm having is I can't put on muscle with these exercises because they cause inflammation.

I've always had a frail/lanky body unfortunately and I feel my joints just can't take the load because of my build... Very frustrating.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Diet is great! Very disciplined in my eating. Macros are great.
Getting 8 hours of sleep. Training about 5-6 days a week. Lots of squatting and deadlifts.
Can't do bench press or train triceps unfortunately.
Honestly, goal is to repair/strengthen joints so I can lift more while having the aid of muscle growth. Have spent tens of thousands of dollars in the last 10 years with different physios/P.T.'s and I'm just dam frustrated.

I have a naturally lanky/ectomorph frame so I feel my body is more prone to injury than others sadly.

What did you expect from GH?

Maybe the GH is working exactly as it’s supposed too, but your expectations are just too high
Wasn't sure when I started it. My powerlifting friends whom I trust LOVE it and suggested it. I'm trying different things to help my body repair itself from this debilitating tendonitis. As mentioned I've spent an exorbitant amount of money on physios/P.T.'s.

I know you have to be patient and the changes are minute. But I have felt nothing has changed. Not even pins and needles in my hands, mood is the same, no changes to my skin, hair etc. Not expecting any of the above but at the same time I am looking for any indication it's doing something......anything.

Thanks for your response.
Unfortuntely I can't afford 8iu a day at this point in my life, pharma grade that is.

I'm not too fussed about muscle growth at this point. Just help with my joints so I can go back to compound exercises that will help me put on muscle.

Deca if you want your joints to feel better. And not a lot either, like 60 mg a week.

Collagen repair is what you need. As Sorbate mentioned, Deca is great for Collagen synthesis, as well as a few other goodies. Look into that aspect. Research it. If you cannot train, and are not consistent, and not lean. GH will not do much at all. Pharma or no Pharma, it will be a waste.

You probably should also avoid any exercise the causes it to flare up.

if skipping hurts your knees then dont skip. Sucks but thats life, especially as we age

Nice! Is that short term relief? Or we talking long term?
Deca Durabolin? or Nandrolon Decanoate?
Deca and nandrolone are same. Long term as it builds collagen and supports joint lubricity and tendon Collagen synthesis etc. Depends what is going on as a root cause to your issues.

If you’re looking for tendon I can chime in. I used low doses gh for months on end for patellar tendon issues. It worked. I used generics for approx a real fucking long time. Haha. I feel like I’ve typed this message a ton lately. Anyways. I used 2iu give or take for a long time and it finally worked. There are other things that may work for you, that have worked for others but low dose long term gh worked for my patellar tendon. Not temporarily either. Seems like it’s helped heal fully. I would need an ultrasound to confirm but by feel, exercise and recovery I’d say I’m almost healed fully.
Just my two cents. Take for what it’s worth.
Best of luck my friend.

How long on GH did it take to feel a difference? What brand?
