Mine is Starbucks cafe Americano with 1 pump mocha with an extra shot of expresso

That happens with a lot of people. It seems coffee acts as a catalyst to your body's gastrocolic reflex (got something fancy in), the natural response to ingestion.
It's why it is a must for me in the morning.

If it’s good pressed coffee I drink it black but from Tim’s or anywhere else a regular.

I used to have an Aeropress and loved it!!! Time to get another one...lost the one I had in all my moves a few years ago.

Coffee with cream or milk - there is so much evidence the more coffee you drink the lower risk of specific cancers. Colon and liver for sure. I can post them again if requested.
