What do you guys eat after a workout?

In all fairness the carbs from the kd will be faster absorbing meaning faster drop after so its not sustained, unlike fruit and veggies theres no fiber content or antioxidants added so technically you could but that'd be a dirty bulk which never really ends well.
 
Id argue that specific details aside eating really shitty could be more dangerous then moderate or conservative steroid use. The two together is just a seriouse recipe for disaster. Imo
