Thank you. Pleasure to be here. I’ll familiarize myself with your format and do an intro thread. I remember you, years ago I joined a forum and you welcomed me, I didn’t stay long tho. Now that I’m using gear I need a place to learn. Again thank you for doing what you do and respect.

We have had a great influx of new members. can you tell me how your found us? I want to know because its possible that is how others are finding us as well.

I Googled Canadian bodybuilding forums and you came up.

I was a member of northern muscle but that ended poorly. I eventually got what was owed to me but it was pretty rough. Hoping you are not affiliated with northern or Bodytech
