I've never done vg pin and want to try it to give my other sites a break.
But idk if I can locate it correctly.
So I now do glutes, quads, and delts
I usually use 25g 1" for all of them. I can do 27, but it takes longer to get it the volume of oil in
Besides the above, here are other places I've done and comfortable with, but just don't like doing.
I've done chest, lats, they hurt the least imo
Biceps triceps, kind of get bruised.
Inner quad... Don't even ask me. Horrible experience. Was crippled.
Calves sore for days.
Now I'm guessing if it start ventro glutes, will it hurt being a fresh group?
How much cc max do you guys put in there if you do VG?
Should I practice with a slin pin first to get used to it? I don't feel like using a 25g or 27g and lots of oil as my first attempt, especially if there is pip.
What are your recommendations to go about the VG for me? I feel like there's more bone that area.
