Hello CB. I was just browsing through and came across a few of you talking about site specific injections. I’ve mostly pinned IM in quads, shoulders and ventral glutes when shoulders and quads are too sore.
But what I’m really wondering is the importance of growing a targeted muscle, example. Rear delta, calf’s, pecs and even abs/obliques if it’s possible.
I know they are all possible but does anyone have video, links or tips to do them safely with out hitting nerves or veins.
