I wouldn’t run that much long term. I have a friend who was scripted 400 mg a week. He is having blood sugar/blood pressure control issues as he gets older, and I believe it’s from the permanent long term high doses. My regret is having to come down to true trt levels for bloodwork just so i can keep my script. I like to run 200 test minimum and doc wants 100. Honestly id like to stay at 500 always. Bloodwork is good and i feel and look great. Debating even going down to trt levels anymore. Other than needing a script for long travel or prison i dont really wanna play along anymore.
Even he has started to taper down to 250 mg a week.
I find the older I get I don’t really care if I run a ton. Thing is being overly big causes health problems as you age, things like blood pressure, blood sugar control. After 50 it’s time to coast along and live longer. Plus it looks so obvious you are geared to the hilt when you are over 50 and extremely jacked. Right now I’m on the borderline, everyone just thinks I train a lot, lol.
I also don’t feel a huge difference between 200 mg and 400.
