Indigestion really bad. Chase Irons has explained/diagnosed the reason why and has suggested Betaine HCL which I have been taking (two before each meal), however its not really helping a lot. Diet is good. It seems the only thing that doesn't trigger it is Chicken and veggies. Any suggestions? I've only been taking 1/2 mg twice a week - Three weeks on now. My wife has no issues, but did experience a bit of indigestion when she first began taking it.

Same thing happened to me , But we are all different in how we react to things. All I did was increase water intake and decreased caffeine intake and it made a noticeable difference. Every now and then I took an over the counter Prilosec as needed . Then after about a month my symptoms went completely away.

My experience with glp's is lower fat is better for me. I will have issues especially with anything greasy. Cheat meals are not a thing anymore. We just might have something sweet for desert one night.
Even too much extra lean ground beef can cause some minor issues. Chicken, fish, shrimp, turkey seems to be the better fit for me on this stuff.

Aa storman mentioned choose lean options lower in fat. I had issues at the start too but it went away after a few weeks. Ironically when I split dose I had the most issues, once weekly works much better for me. Currently using 10mg/week zero issues.
