Spoke with the owner yesterday he has sold the gym and new owner to take over October 1st.
New owner actually trains out of gym , and is looking to improve machines up keep while maintaining very old school vibe

Ah shit man I never hit the reply button , sorry let try a reply again , he mentioned to me he feels he needs to be in Pittsburgh

He has had a tough go of it recently, he is split from the wife and forced to live in a small room at the gym almost like a bachelor suite

He has been chasing his dream of winning a particular show ( can’t remember which one ) and he has fallen short a couple of times now

I believe he is looking for change and he has friends in Pittsburgh so he is looking for the next chapter in his life
