So I'm not new to using NPP or this brand even/carrier oil, lately when I inject into my delts there is a visible lump(blood always comes out now)and painful as all hell for about 2 days. I'm using same syringes still going as deep as I have for last few years. I'm using same carrier oil with my testosterone so it shouldn't be that. Possibly not getting needle past scar tissue perhaps? I'm at a loss what else it could be. I'm leaner now than I ever have been and burying the needle as I always have. Just looking for ideas what it could be/if im on right track with thinking. There is no redness or swelling(i can massage the oil in)afterwards.

Thank you gentlemen I'll give another site a try. Always rotated glutes and delts but been hitting delts fairly consistently lately especially since doing eod with npp. Glutes get the test just because of the liquid volume mainly.

The same thing happened with my left delt with simple Test. I heard the crunch as I plunged the pin in, but there was minimal pain. When I took the pin out, there was a gusher, and the pain began. It felt like how I envision pinning rubbing alcohol. I haven't used that delt since. It did make shoulder work lots of fun.

Every time I've had blood come out of my glute (this is the same as shoulder just location for example)
I've knicked a vein and caused the bleeding, blood escapes as the needles is freshly drawn from the skin but once the home closes the blood pools under the skin causing a small hematoma. They can be painful and it takes awhile for the body to re-absorb the blood.

I've gone back in the same spot with the lump and pulled back on the syringe and it just filled up with blood. It made the bump smaller but it didn't feel great to do.

When I get a spot that start to give me pip, I leave that spot alone for a few months then it is gtg again.

I’ve had what is happening to you happen before.

Personally I never get Pip. Npp is normally my go to in a cycle. I also always rotate spots... Shoulders, Traps, Calves, Quads, Biceps etc

Your shoulder should have three areas you can inject with a 1 or 11/2 inch needle as well as your glutes. That is 12 places. Glutes - upper, ventro, and down low just above where your glute hits your leg. This concept of hitting the sciatic nerve - I inject below the nerve and it never leaks or bleeds. Absolutely zero pain or PIP.
With your shoulder - you can go high, middle (which I find bleeds more) or just above the area where it meets your bicep. I don't inject my legs, I did biceps a few times but being virgin muscle they were sore after and I see no need with 12 places.
The comment on chest makes sense pending you have enough muscle to inject a 1 inch needle in. I prefer to inject deeper albeit many use 1/2 inch needles - depends how much liquid you are injecting.
I would also get a racket ball - they are rock hard and work to break up the scar tissue while you give that shoulder a break.
Good luck.

Low outer glute seems interesting to me, i suppose it would miss the nerve entirely. Never thought about it, just always considered it off limits.
I only pin qlutes, quads and delts ever so an extra site in there is a good idea thanks.

For what it is worth - any virgin muscle may lead to some post injection pain for a while, but I can't feel the injection, or any PIP (unless specific compounds that have a bite) in my lower glute. If you check out where the nerve is - there is a ton of tissue there, pending you have sizeable glutes which most lifters do your glutes are the largest muscle in your body or should be, to inject into without hitting anything pain. The goal is, if you inject frequently, to make sure you don't build up too much scar tissue.

Have been right glute 99% of the time for the last 10yrs. Tough for me to get the left one. I use 25ga 1in and almost never bleed. I do move it around the glute a bit though. Half the time I don't even know it's in.
