So I am 100mg a week and 0.5-0.75 arimdex with my shot.

Truthfully, I usually use around 125-150.. I feel much better a bit higher.

So i decided to see what my private helath care provider would do for me.. I stayed at 100mg the adex for a couple months and did blood work
Free test was 575 and estorgen was 66.

I told the doctor my symtpoms, all of which were symotoms of low test. I didn't eaxgerate or lie.. I was honest with my symptoms and severity of them.

The doctor told me " ok let bump up your testosterone.. its 575 now and to be honest the upper max is 700, but we have some guys who only feel good at 710 or 725 and you might be one of them. ".. SHe then went on for about 5 mins about other stuff relared to test, but I was so happy to hear they are going to bump me up so I actually feel good.. She then started discussing my new dose and she said "I'm going to rewrite your script to be 110mg a week testosterone... ".. This was over the phone so she couldnt see my twisted face lol... 10mg isn't going to do anything lol.. I did tell her "do you know how difficult its going to be to measure 110 instead of 100mg with a 3 ml tube which is pretty much standard? To be honest when I draw, I know I never go under 1ml and usually aim for a tiny touch more to make sure I get the 100mg.. To try to actually measure 110 every single time is not going to work well.. truthfully I probably inject between 100-110 every time as is. "

She didn't know what to say..

I then reminded her my script is using dystrel (bad spelling) which is dosed at 200mg/ml so told her the odds of even a doctor or a nurse hitting 110 mg and not 100, 105, 115 etc with 200mg/ml is just about impossoble and at the same time since I'm hitting anywheres between 100-110 right now as is, offically putting me at 110mg a week isn't going to change my results unless I aim for 110-120 when I draw.

She agreed to put me back on cyp at 100mg/ml but agreed hitting 110 instead off 100mg is difficult.. But she said "lets just try for 8 weeks".. I agreed to try, but I'm going to make sure it's 110mg just to show her my bloods aren't going to change.

she also said she wants to change my adex from 0.75 a week to 1mg a week because my symptoms sound to her like possible high estrogen sides. I told her before I started using their services my reg doctor didn't have me on adex and with 100mg a week my estrogen levels were 100-120 and I never had any high estrogen sides so I doubt my syptoms are tied to high estorgen when I'm at 66.. but I agreed to try 1mg anywayas.

I'm not sure if anyone uses private health care for TRT, but man you never actually speak to a dr.. This lady is a "lifestyle and hornone coach".. bascially I Was told she is trained under the dr who owns and runs the business. I doubt a hormone dr would bump someone from 100 to 110 and expect low t symptoms to go away..

I'll try their way for 8 weeks and retest I guess.. but I can't make sense of anything.. and truthfully I am worried my estorgen will crash and will mimic low test symtpoms to make things even worse.

Life is great at 125-150mg though

I think it seems weird to need Adex on only 100mg a week even up to 140 or 150 I'd question it. My doc tells me the more estrogen I have the hornier I'll feel and the healthier I'll be, that doesn't include any side effects of high estrogen as I don't really have any. Maybe you do like gyno or low libido and so on. Also I've never tried as low as 100mg a week so I might talking out of my ass here.

I like how I feel on 175, I'm down to 100 test c because bloodwork next week, I kinda feel shitty and my sex drive is lower. I also almost puked tonight training legs due to how gassed I feel totally going to deload next week. There's no way I'd notice a 10% increase 75% absolutely.

That's my thoughts as well..

But I committed and now I must stay at 110mg for 8 weeks until I retest again.. and then I'm sure my levels will still be lower, so they will likely go to 120-125.. and then 8 weeks later retesst etc..

All this means is that I can't go to 150mg until things get sorted out.. I am now thinking I should have kept my mouth shut lol..

I do have to get full check up/reg blood work over Christmas as well and I like to drop down to 100-120 for that blood work so all is not a waste of time..

Do you have any urine strips? If so I bet if you check them, after a hard leg session like that, you might have blood in your urine. I trained my legs so hard I felt the same and that happened to me, but a couple days later it was cleared up. I looked it up and its normal.

I have some at home but they might just be for ketones I'll have to check.

If she is prescribing test then she has a medical license valid with the College of Physicians and Surgeons in the province she is in. Straight from my ex's mouth... "I won't risk my license for anything". Your doc will slowly increase the dosage at a pace she feels comfortable and this one knows what she is doing. She will be looking for an incremental increase in free test and associated bloods. If this does not happen within a certain range she will know. The body is highly predictable and over the years can drop my test level exactly to what I need it to be based upon dosage used. To get on TRT it took me a lot of timing and dosage to make sure I got it right.

Which is funny because if you are perscribed adhd meds or ssris they don't test your catecholamines. I guess better safe then sorry though.

This clinic doesn't do this.. I wrote a post about my first experiences with this clinic and how they admitted their hormone specilaists are not docotrs or nurses at all.

The lady I spoke with this week job title is "hormone specialist", but no medical lis/degree attached to the name. She is not a doctor

The clinic gets shadier the long both me and my wife use them.

My wife has firboids.. they cause her to have a very high testosterone level.. She's got awful sides from the high test levels like body hair etc.. 2 weeks ago my wife had her yearly check up with them and the person she spoke with said she wanted to start my wife on testosterone because she has low sex drive.. my wifes test levels are crazy high and this clinic last year put her on progesterone to try to balance the high test level.. and the lady last week wanted to prescribe testosterone..

Here is the "clinic". https://www.mytruebalance.ca/

Here is there medical team https://www.mytruebalance.ca/our-team-2/

The ones you speak with on the phone are listed as "BHRT coaches"..

i know TrueBalance in AB. They are not doctors or even nurses. They do the consult and then bring a recommendation to the dr on staff who signs the prescription.

They have a formula developed by Dr. Brown who is now retired and the methods are out dated.

There are definitely better clinics in AB, EDM for sure.

Not sure if you are still interested but I use Regenesis in Edmonton they are also located in Calgary. My last test numbers were up considerably vs my last few as I bumped up my dose slightly (with out Dr knowledge) and my Dr said that he was happy as long as I feel good and the rest of the blood work continues in normal healthy range. Test was at 960ish and 41
