heard of it and dismissed it immediately, shitting out oil for very small increase in fat loss just doesn't appeal to me for some reason. Not an expert opinion by any means but this tact just reeks of desperation to me, I'd put it in the same group of stuff for extremely obese people that use stomach banding and shit like that. It inhibits fat absorption which means inhibition of fat soluble micronutrients, vitamins, minerals etc too, no place in a somewhat healthy persons diet. At a quick refreshing glance the studies on it seem to lean towards calorie and fat restriction which muddies the waters when looking at the (very small) resultsIs anyone familiar with orlistat?
