Everyone i talkto always says wtf how do u eat 6000 cals... general answer it takes time. For one u can only stomachwhat ur used to which is prob the general amount u need to maintain or gain a little, from there add 300 cals biweekly. Very easy if u have 6 meals. Add a cup of milk to two of them done lol. Add a chocolate bar for breakfast and another scoop of protien after a workout. Already upped 600 cals in a month. Add a snack of an apple and dip it in peanut butter, thats easily 300+ (i can use a half cup of peanut butter with an apple, i need a drink to get the paste outta my mouth but thats like 900 clas right there). You can easily be skinny a.f. and make it to 6000 cals in 6or so months.....
11 years ago i was given test and dbol as a christmas present, thats where my steroid adventure began, but i was like 130 pounds, i worked out religiously but never ate shit. I was too scared to take the needle at first, till one drunken night but thats another story, but i was hungry, all the time and back then i was afraid of getting fat, lmao, so i talked to my sister bf and he said learn ti count your calories, well i learned after 3 days i ate 1200-1800cals a day, a carpenter who climbed buildings, parkwar or whatever u call it. So i said fuck it and upped it to 5000 right off the bat, i felt like i was waddling when i walked, but i was putting on half a pound a day no joke, but after 6-7 weeks i was weezing and felt like i was having a heart attack just walking up my stairs and i learned thatsort of adjustment can kill you, infact most balimic people do the same as i did and die within a few months cause ofthe stress on the heart. So then i did k typical bulker diet 50carb 30 fat 20 protien... my lbwx4(cause 4 cals in gram of protien)x20(cause 20 percent of my diet is protien)=xxx tdee... add 300 and build from there
